  • For years I've been asked to post the Chinese divers workouts. Since they are the best in the world they most likely have the best dryland/gymnastic workouts (I was told)... I am not sure if there actually is a video posted made for Chinese divers but this was my best option. This video contains clips from a dozen plus of Chinese videos in which they showed different dryland exercises. I hope coaches and divers out there will find it interesting. If you have the time, watch it through the end, there is some good stuff! Leave me a comment below to let me know!

The purpose of this channel is to promote the sport of diving in the world! Often times diving is buried in a long swimming video, or streamed events are lengthy and slow.. We reformat it to give the spotlight to diving and cut out the empty, uneventful moments in the stream to make it more appealing to viewers while making sure we maintain the integrity of the competition.
We request permission to repost and give credit where credit is due, but if you need us to delete one the videos we posted please do no hesitate to contact us and will will do so promptly. Joelle@flipnrip.com.

The single minded focus of Chinese divers, as well as those of from Japan, reflect their cultural influences. It also doesn't hurt that the Chinese athletes don't have to work at part time jobs. Few athletes get full scholarships from elementary through college and guaranteed a career to coach afterwards.

Diving in chinese is “跳水” ; Divers is "跳水運動員“ 。 The existing translation in the title is wrong, "潛水員“means scuba diving 🥽that wearing a bottle of compressed air dive into deep water.

@FlipnripDIVING you are right about the workout but wrong with the chinese character for diving (jumping) athletes. I guess the translation tool you use could not differentiate divers (jumping from platform) with the divers (suba diving). The Chinese character you use for the title is suba divers.
