The S-70A Firehawk has been around since 2008, so they are new-ish. LA County Fire was the first major operator of them at 5 aircraft. There are now 40 or so around the world. Cal Fire is the newest customer of the Firehawk, they have ordered 12 to replace their aging fleet of UH-1 "Super Hueys." Rumor is their first operational Firehawk may appear sometime next year (2019).
there is always crowds interfearing with a proper sound experience, can't these people just shut up once in a while or record from a seperated location?
