How about the cross ...should be the target on the cross at deferent range?
I do the same thing but my reticle doesn’t move ? Any idea on what to do just got it today
Just awaiting my nv008P lrf to use on an Air arms S400 which would be very similar to that used in this video.
Whilst filming this, what mounting did you use as Im aware there are issues with the supplied mount.
My Airarms is still an 11mm dovetail

I used the UTG snap in adapters, these keep the unit as low as possible.

Hi there, unfortunately there is no photo option on this scope. We would recommend using the video mode and taking screenshots from the footage where needed. Thanks

Hi there, this was filmed at about 20-25 yards for the sake of the video but the quality is very good even at hundreds of yards away in both day and nighttime. Thanks.
I set mine up for about 15 yards for ratting in a smallish chicken shed, but when going to 25 yds the pellet travels about 3” too high, so I set it up at 25yds and anything closer or further away I miss by a lot, what am I doing wrong? It’s not like a normal scope where you just shoot a little higher or lower. It’s baffling me.
I am the owner of the Pard nv008 p for about 4/5 months, and recently I have experienced that it is changing reticle coordinates on its own. First I thought that maybe I did it by mistake, but when I’ve re-zeroed it, couple of days later I noticed that Y coordinate is “dropping” for two degrees (from -50 to -48 and then to -46 and -44) I contacted the salesman so he will send it to manufacturer in few days, but I was wondering is it some kind of software error and did any of your costumers or you guys watching this video had similar problems?

yes, it can withstand caliber 243. my pard 008 is mounted on a Mauser M98 in 8 x 57 caliber which is much stronger and I have no problems. I fired about 100 bullets and everything is like the first day
How do you then center the cross hairs on the screen, as with your zero check moved it down and to the left of center. Or if you want to adjust the whole scope to get the cross hairs center of screen again, how do you achieve this? Cheers.
There's two options for that. Shimming or an adjustable base.
Here's an example of an adjustable base.

That is the very reason I have sent mine back. The base it comes with is garbage. You need a nice base like an infinity mount. But then this whole digital zeroing is right out of the window, because you are back to dialing in screws. Too bad because I did like my NV008 a lot for the price. Especially how light it was.

Am I right in thinking this scope is not as good as the 007 in the day then with it being a night dedicated scope
Hi Aaron, the daytime performance of the 007 is fairly dependant on the scope it is attached to as the glass will have an effect on what you see through the unit so it comes down to that really.
What distance you use when zeroing?

Same as you would with a standard scope. By knowing your hold over points.
whether the Pard008 is under a pressure of 22-250rem or 223, stable, does not shut down, simply does it work,
There should be no issue with using the Pard 008 with those calibers.

What if your first shot is high and left/right?
Whn you have selected the Y axis you need to use the plus button to move the crosshairs up instead of the minus button (which moves it down). Thanks!
I have just ordered the NV007 which arrives this Friday. Is the reticle setup the same as the NV008 or is it totally different?

Pard nv008s is that same as this or is much difference ?
I'd say quite big difference..the sensor is different which make the image crispier at longer range, the ir illuminator placement is different, 008s come with ballistic calculation features..and the price is different too..so yeah go grab the S

Hello. I need a little bit of help? I have pard nv 008 and the problem is when I shoot sometimes it turns off. It is mounted on 30 06 semiautomatic rifle. Do you now maybe what to do? Thanks
Try checking the battery, make sure its sitting secure in the Pard unit and the negative and positive ends are making contact. The reasoning behind this is; When you shoot the gun, it shakes the battery inside. (The connection disengages, stopping the electrical flow, shutting down the unit). I hope that helps. Why does Pard do such a poor job of things in the manual? Further, there is a “Pard shim” listed that will lower the scope. Why is it IMPOSSIBLE to find?

unfortunately the Pard 008 has no ballistic calculator so you would have to use hold over.
