Jihoo's voice reminds my of Ha Hyun Woo on a smaller scale. Especially the high notes. I think as he and the others continue to mature and improve they will be one of the best. Although, to me they are already one of the best bands.
I have followed these guys since their debut and two things really insult the music industry 1) stan wars for a kpop group screw other talents and music styles. 2) Ignoring incredible gifts to music IZ is most definitely one of them. My dad was much older than my mom but I still grew up around music because my dad was a wicked guitarist. He loved being a dad a husband his day job playing in bars on the week ends. He had offers for chances of fame to being a solo artist guitar player while they traveled Canada. He didn't want nothing to do with it....I know he'd think that kpop has the worst reputation from self anointed self righteous hypocrite bully stans (aka STalkerfANs). But I do know one thing as our home always had musicians at our home to listening to many agents talent scouts managers and my own dad, if he was here today he would love to jam with these guys. In multicultural Canada most won't listen to anything that isn't sang in their native tongues. I know there are people here like me that don't care because we are willing to look up lyrics learn korean even to just be happy to hear such amazing music.
