I'm flying with my twins alone soon. Just turning 2 at the time of flying. Do you recommend the britax carts over the mountain buggy riders? Which one did you find overall easier to handle alone? Thank you!
That’s so exciting! I’d say the Mountain buggy bags were definitely easier just because of lugging around the car seat and the car seat can be really heavy but if you need the car seats then the britax travel carts are really helpful! It all depends on if you need them in flight. If you think the car seats will help them nap in flight then I’d say bring them but if not then check them and go with the mountain buggies - hope this helps!
Hi! Traveling with 19 month olds. Did you take a stroller too? And did you have to pay for these to be carry on bags?
Hi! That’s so exciting! For this trip we did have a stroller but it was waiting for us at our destination since we were visiting family but we’ve traveled other times with strollers checked and didn’t have to pay for them, but it depends on what airline you fly with. Lufthansa, United, air Canada and southwest all included one checked baby item per child when we flew (either stroller or car seat)
These bags were just normal carry on so with those airlines they were also free but if we had flown frontier or spirit then we’d have to pay for carry on so again just depends on which airline 😊 hope this helps!

Hello, I am planning on solo travel with my twins next year. They will be around 20months then. Do you purchase seat for them separately or booked one as overlap but got lucky with free sit?
Hi! Sorry for the delayed response! Hope you had a great trip! To answer your question, when I flew solo with my twins (before they were 2 years old), I would book a seat for one and then the other could be a lap infant (but both couldn’t be lap infants since only 1 adult is flying) and then I just hoped to get lucky with an extra seat 😊
so cute and so adorable ... i will be sharing my traveling with a toddler and a baby in a few months as I'M going to travel alone with them. it will be my first time to board with them on airplane, Iam nervous but you really make it look easier. thanks again for sharing

I travelled a few times alone with my now 2.5 but will be travelling in January with my 6 months old, first time with 2 kids for 32 hours trip
Aw wow for 32 hours! Where to? You’ve got this mama! I definitely recommend booking the bassinet seat for your 6 month old if you can, that will probably make life a bit earlier and then hopefully the times line up a little for your 2.5 year old to nap along the way!

Aw that’s exciting! How long will the flight be? My top tips are to prepare ahead with new toys and snacks, and also just go with the flow & don’t worry too much about what people might think but just focus on getting to your destination safely and keeping your little ones safe 🥰 Hope you have a great trip!
