A lovely cemetery walk-about. A place that appears totally at peace and in which the plots and tombstones are in fairly good shape and condition. Thank you for taking us along. I have missed you!
I used to live in the first terraced house to the left of the entrance. I walked through this cemetery on the way to Tesco every morning. It was also where I walked unknowingly past the remains of Grenville Carter, one of my neighbours, whom I never met in life. He was murdered in October 1999 and his body was cut up and deposited in black bin-liners under the trees halfway down the cemetery. I remember seeing those bin-liners. You mention the name Nettleship, and that you haven't head it before. It is quite common in north Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire.
