But is there anyway to tie boxes together to match their grain
I know inside one box you can do that but what about seperate products?

You can Grain match 1 box at a time like you said then you have to manually organize the groups in the optimizer to match multiple banks together

I have a question. Can I have 2 Mozaik programs on the same drive. One for each machine I have. I would like to keep them totally separate to avoid confusion.

Yes ask mozaik for additional seats

i just tried and everything went good in the one drive cloud but when i was able to open it gave me a different id code so and i does not let me use the same code

You should still open mozaik from the same c drive location then point it to the cloud folders

No setting should remain the same. Couldn't hurt to take a screenshot of the settings before an update or do a mozaik backup for safety sake though.
