Not sure why, My V13 version does not allow me to right click option to add a new folder, like you demonstrate at 5:25min. (right click does provide a menu to add anything).
In windows 11 there's a more options button that opens up the standard right click menu
How did you add the entire library for the Frost CNC? I already purchased the file and extracted everything. I appreciate your help
@JoshSprik if I remember correctly just drop the folder in the product libraries folder and your done. Nic has incredible support also if you get stuck

where do i change the default settings for face frame rails, it has them at 1 9/16 and id like to change them to 1 1/2 as the default.
@yuremsantos8894 go to parameters face category then the rail thicknesses are set there for example top rail is under TR

I don't think this is possible. At one point I was working to change the default depth of the fridge and could not do it. Alternatively you can change the default width of the ranges in the product library for appliances v12
