I don’t understand American voters, you vote some strange people into office. There were some excellent candidates running for election as New York mayor against Adam’s, but voters chose Adams. As far as I could see, watching from abroad, Adam’s was the worst possible choice. Andrew Yang or Maya Wiley would have been much better choices. Personally, if I was an American living in New York, I would have voted for Yang. Adam’s always looked dodgy and had that air of corruption about him.
