It’s most definitely a flipper tab. On Spartans website they say, “, The Pallas Button-Lock Flipper can be opened with a simple flick of the thumb stud or flipper tab.” Great knife and great review!
I just got one and I am really liking it so far. There were a couple little things when I got it like alot of grit in the button, small scratches around the button hole, and the clip needed bending because it was so tight I could not pry it up with my finger. And the edge was horrible. I resharpened it to 20* per side because it started out over 30* per side. It slices great now and the grit has finally worked out of the button and it is incredibly smooth. I think they have been so busy and are way behind and their attention to detail slipped a little. Their s45vn is definitely heat treated well though. Now that the few kinks have been worked out of it, it is a really good knife. Smooth action, great steel, and easy to carry for it's size. I do wish that Spartan, MXG or somebody would offer a deep carry clip for it though.
A great & well thought out review of what I think is a great knife. That B-roll footage tho! That was my favorite part man, lol. I dig those shots a LOT. Maybe a little thing, but It adds a lot to the experience.
Nice review 👍🏻 I’ve got this in the s45vn and really like it a lot. Just to flip there probably aren’t too many better options out there. Honestly I don’t have the issues others talk about with the “flipper tap”, it deploys just fine. It doesn’t rocket out but I’ve never had a “misfire”. Anyway thanks for the review.

Another awesome review. This is definitely my favorite button lock. I am thinking about doing a flipper delete as well.
The Pallas is one of my top knives that a carry.
Really love the looks of the pallas. I've been very interested in getting one since Kyle first showed it off. Great review 👍

I just picked one of these up, used, and I can not wait to carry it!

Thanks man! I need to be better about adding in B roll 😂

It’s a great knife. It would probably be my favorite if it had a deep carry clip.
I use mine as a flipper tab. They should put some texture on it 😉
I couldn't agree more, well done!
That shirt is sharp, pun intended
If only it had a glass breaker... 🤣
😂😂
And a bottle opener...
@@jaysgood10 i'd like to see one with a nail file
Why not just have a flipper tap, this knife isn’t cheap!
