Yes iam really proud about you.iam working a cafe in auckland new Zealand. I was thinking day by day try to introduce some Sri Lanken food but iam afraid to do that because I don't know how they react our foods. But I think now I can thank❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
3 Suggestion to Sri Lanka tourism board and Hotel School 1. Codify Sri Lankan traditional dishes and create uique name (STOP saying chicken curry, beef curry or any curry to every different dish). We need to have unique name for every different dish such as Tikka, Randang, Butter chicken, Pad-thai, Pad Seuw, Masala etc. 2. Force all Sri Lankan hotels, buffet to name with local names (not chicken curry, instead it can be kalu kukul mas or miris kukul or gambiris kukul - this is an example only , this can be much more creative) 3. Properly train SriLankan chef, hospitality staff about traditional Sri Lankan cusine (use more sciencetific , technical and international startegies)
