Will Cain, I am a lifelong, diehard Dallas Cowboys fan and even I can admit that what you are talking about is pure fantasy. The Cowboys winning out the rest of their games? It is not going to happen. Don't get Cowboys fans hopes up with that nonsense. Can it happen? Well sure, anything CAN happen. But what really matters is what WILL happen...and what will NOT happen.
First of all, we now have a FEMALE judge deciding Elliott's domestic abuse fate. I will be happily shocked to my foundation if she rules in his favor, but who honestly believes that she will?? Zeke is fucked. So what I think is the most likely reality facing the Dallas Cowboys is that they're going to have to go six games with Morris running the ball and of course they will have to activate McFadden also. They will be lucky to get even half of Elliot's production with those guys running the ball. They are decent running backs but they are not Elliott. And the Cowboys have to hope and pray they can figure out how to win pretty much ALL of those games until Elliot returns...if they have any aspirations of winning the division, that is. Well, it is just not going to happen. The best the Cowboys can hope for is to finish the season very strong, banging on all cylinders and hope to defeat whoever they play in the wildcard game for a chance to play and beat the Eagles. Now this I think they CAN accomplish, assuming the head coach and offensive coordinator can figure out a winning strategy. But that is something else that they have been painfully inept at doing in the past. Some of the playcalling continues to be absolutely atrocious and this will be a crucial factor moving forward. I actually believe that the Dallas Cowboys are still a better team than the Philadelphia Eagles, regardless of their records. They will get two regular season opportunities (and hopefully one playoff opportunity) to prove this. We shall see.

Some people have trouble understanding logic or questions in general for that matter;
What was the question? "Have the Eagles officially won the division (or the Cowboys officially lost it, however you like it to be)?"
The answer is No: there are 8 games to play (9 for the Cowboys) and they are 2.5 games behind, so mathematically speaking it's more than possible. Stephen A, Molly, and to a lesser degree, Max, are talking as if we are on week 14 and the Eagles just need to win their next game to win the division, that's preposterous.
Now lets talk about "practically speaking": the Cowboys have 2 direct games against the Eagles. If they win both games they're tied in the loss column with a tiebreaker in hand (like Will said). The thing that I don't agree with Will is that the Cowboys have to win out in order to win the division. Is it really out of the realm of possibilities that the Eagles could finish 12-4 with two out of the next three losses are against the Cowboys???
What about 11-5?
Long story short, this show has become a catfight between fans instead of a rational debate between professionals. Will Cain maybe a Homer, but at least he sticks to reality, he backs his argument with facts. SAS backs his argument with the fact that there are delusional Cowboys fans out there...great piece of journalism and professionalism. I get better arguments from European occasional football fans in Italy.
Just to set the record straight I'm a Cowboys fan who:
1. Doesn't think they will catch the Eagles
2. Doesn't think that it really matters as long as they get the wild card spot
3. Has stopped getting his hopes up regarding the Cowboys and winning the SB since the late 90's
