The part at 1:43 is just so clear! Never heard anyone play it so smooth! I wish one day I could teach my backpack to play this, so when we fly low in a Huey bird above the jungle looking for Charlie, I could play along her

If there was ever a guy who simply got lucky by being in the right place at the right time, it's this guy. He is just barely a competent bar band drummer. He keeps a steady 4/4 beat with no originality at all. I mean, AT ALL. I could find 20 drummers just as competent within 5 miles of any spot in the United States. What a lucky stiff. I can't make any judgement about the bass player because I don't play the bass, but the drummer I can tell you, is just average, if not a bit below average. And I have played for 30 years.
@@adammadtin8451 - Ringo Starr was a perfect example of an excellent drummer playing within a construct of very simple songs. I would look for someone like him. This guy was a 'Pete Best'. Not much talent, but was there 'cheaper than a dime' as George said.
