- Ashanti is speaking out on her long-standing feud with Jennifer Lopez and it looks like these two will never be on the same page due to J-Lo’s long history of stealing from other artists. The feud between the two began after Ashanti’s vocals from the “I’m Real” demo track found their way to the song’s final version. At the time, JLo was the only one labeled as the credited singer. Ashanti originally recorded the demo as a reference for the star. According to Ashanti, she also wrote “Ain’t It Funny (Murder Remix)” remix. However, JLo hasn't publicly addressed the situation and fans are waiting for her to do so.

Jlo credited Ashanti on I’m real and ain’t funny remix and on her albums as Ashanti being a background vocals and yes Ashanti does the backup on chorus but not more and no Jlo didn’t steal from others artists they signed a contract they accepted to be the backup singer and Ashanti were mentioned under the credits, I’m real and ain’t funny. Jlo never been hiding these backup singers as they are credited and added to the credits on each songs of Jlo. I think that a lot of fake information are circulated cause of course she had backup singers doing the chorus but they were credited on the songs and albums. So they never been stolen and they don’t do the lead vocals as they wanna claim they only do the backup.
