Dapat makipag-usap ang Pilipinas sa mga kaalyadong bansa na mag deploy ng asset nila sa Escoda Shoal at Ayungin. Kausapin ang USA, Japan, Australia, Korea, India, Indonesia, at iba pa. Pakilusin ng DFA ang lahat ng mga ambassador nila sa ibang bansa para humingi ng tulong.

A quick google search will let you know that the CCG monster ship was launched/commissioned as brand new.
Plus, there's no PLA-Navy surface combatant that looks like CCG's monster ship.

China Transferring Navy Type 056 Corvettes To The Coast Guard
With increasing tensions in the first island chain, China has recently begun transferring Type 056 (NATO designation Jiangdao) corvettes from the People’s Liberation Army Navy (PLAN or Chinese Navy) to the Chinese Coast Guard (CCG).
@@wionporky9937 former PLA-Navy Type 056 corvette that now serves CCG is just a small corvette/cutter that has only a flight deck for its aviation facility. It's even smaller than PCG's Teresa Magbanua class OPV or PN's BRP Conrado Yap (Pohang class) corvette.
The CCG patrol cutter 5901 'monster ship' has total length of 165m and displaces 11,000+ tons, has a big hangar for Z-8/Super Frelon helicopter which is bigger than a Blackhawk.
That same 'monster ship' is even bigger than PLA-Navy's Type 055 Renhai class large destroyer/cruiser or US Navy's Ticonderoga class cruiser.
