    You might try a digital flasher in the turn signal to even out the flash rate. There are two flashers. One for the emergency flasher and one for the turn signals. The non digital flasher depends on the amperage of the bulb to get the flash rate while the digital ones have an internal timer that does not depend on the amp draw of the circuit

      I have digital flashers...the flash rate slows down because we are "tricking" the system with the indicator bulbs. I am actually going to revert it back.

    Hello and good morning. Just found your channel. Saw you are in upstate SC possibly? Im in Pickens SC. I have a 1988 yj ive been semi resoring / fixing on for a sometime. Appreciate the info.

    So it looks like it only alternates with the parking lights on and flashes together with no lights on - I agree run with it!

      Yeah I’m gonna stick with it but I do miss having the super bright (pun intended) dash indicators

    I was planning on replacing my dim old speedometer bulbs with leds, but worried about snapping brittle sockets. Any advice on how to pull the old bulbs? Do they twist? 1985 cj7
