One thing is for sure, both of these guys have no idea what they are talking about when it comes to steroids. I believe Max is natural and personally having 8 years of calisthenics under my belt before l transitioned to powerlifting, l know what is achievable naturally. However, saying you have 16 years of training experience is the reason you are where are is not true, at least not fully true. Most of these guys when asked the same question about steroids, have the same answer, " It's not steroids, it's 10, 12, 16, 20 years of experience" but dude, it's not like you are going to progress linearly indefinitely. You can make progress for the first couple of years and peak really fast depending on your age of course. Do you think you are going to be stronger in 10 years than you are right now? Of course not, especially naturally, that's not how it works regardless of what kind willpower you have, your body will slow down and your recovery will be longer as you age. Most of these dudes will have severe pain in their joints once they get older because of their crazy training sessions. Also, steroids will not "ruin you" where did you get that lol, steroids are not magic pills that transform you into a beast over night, what steroids do is essentially allowing you to train harder, longer, and recover faster, but you still have to push yourself to maximize the affect of steroids. Steroids are not going to change your mindset, or your habits, or the way you eat or train, it is still up to you to do that. Now, abusing steroids may hurt you, but using steroids will not hurt anyone if done right. You can hurt yourself by eating too much broccoli, everything is about moderation.
Holy fk, are you bullshitting? First off...."Do you think you are going to be stronger in 10 years than you are right now? Of course not" - Show me evidence on your assumption. Many Strongman still PEAK after years and years of training. Second.... "Most of these dudes will have severe pain in their joints once they get older because of their crazy training sessions.". I can tell you from a physical therapist STUDENT (My training of 3 years is not yet completed). But I heard this kind of SHIT even before and it BOTHERED me so hard. Tell me , smart allmighty dude. How would their joints suddenly be painful? You know how joints work? They get healthy and strong by MOVING THEM. The holy misconception mostly in the knees is: "Hey, you use your knee way too much, you will have severe knee pain when you age" That shit is total bullshit. 95% of all pain in joints is created by tight muscles. Knee pain? It is in MOST CASES not the knee. The quads, the adductors, the calves are too tight and pulling the knee in a weird position. Joints NUTRITION only by MOVING THEM, because they dont have direct blood supply. They get their nutrition by you moving them. They act like a sponge. If you dont move them as intented "Ass to grass squats" for example. You dont nuture your knee probably. Even arthrosis has already been studied. You guys are also the people that think arthrosis is permanent and cartilage cant be regenerated. That is 100% false. The main reason people cant regenerate their cartilage is .... how surprising ... because of too tight muscles. Some muscle is pressing the knee cap way too hard against the "opposite" bone. Studies have PROVEN, if you loosen that tight muscle which is causing so much pressure in the knee joint and it starts to be able to move more, it will regenerate cartilage and the knee pain will go away. They even researched on volleyball women and saw that their cartilage is WAY MORE than in an average person inside their knee. Joint pain stems from LACK OF MOVING THE JOINT. And yeah, when Arnold Schwarznegger says: "At some point your joints will start hurting, THATS THE SPORT". He ISNT TALKING ABOUT: "SPORT WILL DESTROY YOUR JOINTS". It is because of ALL the MUSCLES that are way too tight because of our super fked up daily lifestyle that they are causing joint pain. Joints are designed to work your whole life. So stop fking spreading false information without any Evidence ! Or try to explain how you think nature designed your joints: "Yeah dude, you lived 40 years and have actually ~overused~ your joints. We will now start being painful.". Or the people I heard in the gym: "I dont lock out my arms while exercising, so I minimize the wear on my joints" Holy fk, that is so fking wrong. You actually nutrition your joints by locking your arms out.
Doesn't matter how long you've been training or what you've been injecting, there still will be people with less experience who'll beat you straight up even at your absolute best. That's a fact of life. Everyone's different, that's why it's said to become better version of yourself.
