i did it in 419 seconds without powerups although i used glitches so lets say i skipped more than 9 stages i also skipped the last mech boss fight and the whole mine
it makes the npc's that chases you become faster, and additional obstacles on the stages edit : almost forgot to mention that it also spawns boulders faster ( im sure )
