  • VERY CRISPY OKOY or UKOY is SHRIMP AND VEGETABLES FRITTERS. It is a popular street food that is gone so fast. There is always a line up for orders. It comes with a SPICY VINEGAR DIPPING SAUCE.
The VERY CRISPY OKOY can be eaten alone or with steamed rice. It is very satisfying because of the combination of shrimp, tofu and a variety of vegetables. This is mix in a rice flour flavored with garlic batter. All fried in perfection up to its full crispiness!
The video will show you how to prepare the ingredients, the secret batter, and frying to perfection. Your family and friends for sure will not forget their eating OKOY experience, especially when you give each one in a small bowl of the SPICY VINEGAR DIPPING SAUCE! BTW, my family request OKOY to be served once a week!
I hope you will watch the video from start to end. BTW, the list of ingredients used is shown below.

Hello abc….I guess you misjudged the OKOY. If ever you will have the chance, just eat a small portion and you will have an experience of a lifetime. BTW, don't forget to dip it in a garlicky vinegar. Or if you will make it yourself, after frying, store it upright on a cooking rack. This way the oil will drip fast while keeping the OKOY still VERY CRISPY. There will always be a way. Have a great day!
