I'm 76 and while listening to this song again, it took me back to my life as a child growing up in my parent's house 1950 to 1965. The wonderful memories swept over me and I started sobbing almost uncontrolably... Thanks it was a precious experience.
Today so many baritones try to sing high that it's refreshing to hear somebody sing with such a beautiful luscious , fuller and deeper voice which is still not operatic.

The one in Tacoma is right across from St. Patrick's church where Bing Crosby was baptized. Housing over 200 artifacts from his life and career, including his Oscar.

Awww thank you so much that was wonderful ...I was right back in the mid 1970s at home at Christmas with Dad, Mam and my little brothers and sister, watching TV waiting and getting all excited for Santa ...we had very little ! ....but what happy Christmases, they were, a very full house ...and a house full of Love ...we lost Dad in 1984 sadly and Christmas were never the same ...A time of year I still absolutely love but we’re never the same .....you just brought me back there for a few minutes..and how lovely, warm, and nostalgic it was, it made me tear ...

It's incredible that a very talented and much loved Jewish song writer so perfectly captured the perfect Christmas song. For me there has never been another of that calibre and and always pulls out the warm fuzzies in me every time I hear it.
