Go to the caroni bird sanctuary on one of the evenings ... Scarlett and white ibis in their sanctuary of magnificent mangroves
Tigress, I'm so happy for you, Trinidad has plenty to see,ask about the pitch lake , Trinidad biggest oil lake , with minerals and health properties, enjoy your Trinidad journey, the carnival season begins.
I am a Trinidadian living in New York. I love the way you give respect to the people you meet, and appreciate the adventures. Continue to enjoy Trinidad. I LOVE your channel. ❤ Enjoy Moruga.
I am a born & bred Trinidadian & i am hearing some history for the fitst time and i' m in awe.❤❤❤.
I'm a Trinidadian and I must say you have done an Excellent job on showing off my country to the world in such a short period of time..❤🎉 Thanks 🙏🏽
Thank you, African Tigress. For a lot of us in the diaspora, these videos play a key role in making us feel connected to our homeland, fostering nostalgia and serving as powerful reminders of the cultural richness we cherish dearly. They're like portals that bridge the distance and keep our ties strong.
Love this
She is truly doing a great job .Let us support her in anyway we can.😊
I'm originally from Montserrat, living in Trinidad for the last 32 years, and I want to thank you for a couple things.. Through your camera lens, you showed me the beauty and peaceful lifestyle of Moruga, where I've never had the opportunity to visit, but I intend to change that!!... Also, the music you used in your vlogs here in the islands is absolutely amazing.. and while I do play some Afro-beats music on my radio show here in Trinidad, the tracks you featured, captured my soul!!
So thank you for those things, but most importantly, for being the smart adventurous soul you are.. Your Trini vlogs have shown the hidden beauty of Trinidad in a way no other travel vloggers I've seen, ever managed to do!!.. Kenya's African Tigress to de world inno!!🙌🙌
See my sister ohhh. She is having fun Trini adventure is truly wonderful especially when it ends with dumplings, yard fowl, avocado, fried plantains, pigeon peas, or crab and dumplings, calalloo with crab and provisions. Tigress must return to Moruga for Moruga hill rice and wildmeat, boiled plantains, pigeon peas. Also bake with spinach.
What an excellent guide you have there AT. This man knows history and he should consider becoming a tour guide (if he isn't already one). I live outside the nation and I am learning so much from him. Thank you sir. This is what vlogging about other places is all about.
Truly enjoyed watching the drive thru vlog... definitely put me in the mood to revisit trinidad and tobago for a 4th time. I'm from st.vincent and the grenadines but my grandfather was a born trinidadian before migrating to my birth country of Vincy🇻🇨
Absolutely love trinidad and tobago. 🇹🇹
Thank you🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹
Love the food. A typical black/African meal in Trinidad.
See my sweet, sweet country, nah. Trinidad and Tobago 🇹🇹 ♥️ I love you. I love you soooo much. Land if my birth.
I am enjoying all your videos from my country. This guy really knows his history. AT you have to a place I have never been to, thank you for this journey❤
T&T is 7 times 5.128 Sq km the size of Singapore 719 Sq km population of 4.9 million inhabitants while Trinidad and tobago has 1.4 million inhabitants
I am truly learning new history of my birth country. Thanks again for sharing🎉❤Blessings
Very informative and nice video! I have Iearnt more about Trinidad from this 46 minute video than from the many Trinidadians I befriended in New York City over the years and whose primary topic of conversation centered on carnival.
Lol!
Siparia is where I was born and raised! 🇹🇹😀❤🇹🇹 Many miracles happened there🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽
Loved this video!! You have a knack for meeting friendly people wherever you go. The food looks so delicious and I love the music ensemble at the end of the video. I could have listened to more of it.

Excellent! Your content is so well produced for a solo content provider! I have been working in live broadcast here in Sweden for over thirty years, so I really understand and appreciate the extra effort you put into getting good audio and lighting your scene in undesirable conditions! The effort truly complements and enhances your entertaining and informative content!👏🏾👍🏾👊🏾🙏🏾😎. 🏴🇸🇪🇹🇹
Thank you so much for the compliment! I’m humbled 🙏🏾
Sweet, sweet TnT (Trinidad & Tobago🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹)

African Tigress, thanks for showing me my homeland. I have never been to these parts, even when they were considered to be real country. The places are now developed. When I visit, I hope I get someone like Colin to be my tour guide to show me the history of the southern areas. If he is in the tour guide business, please let me know. I am glad you are enjoying T&T.
Respect african tigress, seem like you understand trini accent very good
Happy new year
I am learning a lot from the video. 🎉

Penal was an original name given to the area by the Spanish. This is documented.

This tour guide said I think that it takes three to four hours from Trini to Ghana I don't think that's right maybe he meant Guyana because there is no direct flights and it takes about 16 hours to Ghana
We were talking if there was a direct flight how long it would take i think its about 8 hours personally
6.45 hours direct ETOP
Type of aircraft is a key factor
Yes...I was also confused because there is no way TT to Ghana is 3-4 hours. Just to cross the Atlantic to get to London is 10 hours from Piarco. Maybe he meant Guyana....but to get to Guyana is just 1 hour from here...so I'm confused.
Happy new year 🎉
I may have missed it ,but there is a concentration of the Indian population in Central and South . Maybe i missed it, but a visit to Central will be interesting ( Hindu temple on the sea, museum , the tallest Murti in the caribbean and of course , the food. ) There is also the Pt Lisas Industrial estate and the numerous malls. It would be nice to discover some Indian culture, if she wants to balance her total story on TT. Ms Tigress , there are 34 % African and 35 % Indian. Just for a balanced presentation I think.Looking forward to more vids.
Bravo to all your guides!❤
Caribbean people love Africans
She just arrived recently. Let's not start with the annoying politics. She will be in Trinidad until late February. Maybe you can invite her and introduce her to the Indian culture and places that you mentioned. I am sure she is aware of this and has her trip planned.
In Uganda pork is very popular
🐖🐽🤡
A lot of wrong information in the start from the tour guide
Care to explain?
Its like Africa
No Much Cleaner & Better Than Africa Factz 💯% U 🤡😂🌴🇹🇹🌴🇹🇹
I love parang,AT you're so lucky 💓
I playedParang
So I want to hear the rest of the story of the woman who came out the sea, did she fight the Spaniards for the Kalinagoes?
Trinidad is way much bigger than Singapore. Singapore could fit into Trinidad 6.6 times alone. Singapore is just a little bigger than Tobago but I understand the point he's trying to make.
Is this guys place a guest house?
The houses with flags are persons who are hindus, shouter baptist, or Orisha religion
'' 3-4 hours from Trinidad to Ghana '' 🤣😂😅
The guy knows a lot but he isn't good with distance or time. He said you can drive around the Island of Trinidad in 3 hrs. When just the furtherst straight line points Galera in Toco to Icacos is about 4 hrs plus to reach and about a little under a 200km drive.
U. Have to visit the Indian cumunity is a must
The Indian Cum unity? 😅😂😂
You did not tell us about the Parangderos who came to sing for you
ABC
The perception I'm getting is weird,... you roll up (African Tigress) into Trinidad from basically out of the blue, you know nobody,... and almost seamlessly they treat you, a complete stranger like, I don't know,... like they have known you all their life. I mean hospitality is one thing, and you're a Podcaster...I understand that, this however is just creepy. We in the Caribbean, you know... I don't want to say too much, but 'we have met these people, (Trinis)' and what you are experiencing, well... it seems out of character, that's all....a little artificial, but what do I know... Anyway good luck to you.
I am certain that you have not met all 1.4 million+ of us Trinbagonians so it is a form of disrespect to assume that we would even think twice to entertain and be hospitable to someone the likes of African Tigress who is a popular youtuber. She is not a criminal we know absolutely nothing about. This coming from a proud "these people" (Trinbagonian).
She has been a TH-cam content creator for years and is known around the world. No one who is in the business travels without making contact with people to do their stories. She is not just on a vacation.
@@jeddydan8734Well stated!!
As if we Trinis are 'out of character'
I am glad African Tigress feels at home, the warmness of my countrymen and I'm quite certain she will be well received in Tobago too!!! 🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹❤️
Oh hush, just by your statement you can see your heart is evil and you probably hate trinis and treat them with contempt and when the same treatment is given to you, you wanna paint trinis as bad. Gtfo with your nonsense. 🙄🙄🙄
Happy New Year queen Tigress!!!!❤
Happy new year!!
