Literally they say: "Welcome to the internet (now the important part) the best hasn't happened yet" that queen literally say on the lyrics version of attack of the killer queen
this sounds like bo burnham’s welcome to the internet went through a villain redemption arc and funnily enough that makes me weirdly emotional. we all know the internet is a hellscape but it’s just really nice to have a song about the internet that’s unabashedly positive. i think through all the horrible stuff we tend to lose sight of how many really amazing things the internet has brought us. i wouldnt expect any less from a channel with internet in the name, and idk that just warms my heart. this almost feels like a theme song for MOTI as a whole, reflecting all the wonderful things that the internet has given us and how it’s brought talented and passionate people together to make amazing things.
I was thinking the exactly same. People always look at the negative, but peebs like Man On The Internet really remind me that there's more positive. I love the internet.
I like how the line *_"The best hasn't happened yet"_* is a callback to the lyrical version of Attack of the Killer Queen you guys did. Good job! The chorus is truly magical!
To be honest, one of my favorite parts of this cover is just seeing the Sweet Cap'n Cakes get some more attention, wish they were acknowledged more often I like the more positive spin on the internet this song has, it's refreshing to see after countless jokes about the web being cursed, and the singing is absolutely top-notch as always, very nice work with this cover!!
Ideally, they should serve as a Greek Chorus for Chapter 2, similar to the trio of urchin girls in Little Shop of Horrors. Maybe Seam could fill a similar role in Chapter 1. Hopefully, each chapter will provide someone new to take over.
The song reminds me of the earlier days of the internet during the 2000's. So much yet to be discovered; developed, created and expanded. Everyone rushing to create a new website that stood out with animated gif's and bright colours. The joy of unlimited potential, nostalgia rushing in. The song is fantastic and all of you really outdid yourself with this; amazing work to everyone!
@@benikujaku4567 I mean when everyone started to use the internet and explore it's potential uses. It's such a good move to reuse some of Queen's chorus lines. It's basic yin and yang composition. Cyber World's usage of them feels like it's presenting to you so many wonders to behold, communities flourishing because of its members unique and special contributions from all around the world, interests, hobbies, and entire relationships are formed simply with a press of a button, and people can feel like they're discovering so many things about themselves and the world around them. Queen's interpretation of the lyrics, however, shows us a darker and sinister side of the Internet. She may be Funny Internet personified, but she's also Algorithm personified. She personally welcomes you to what she feels is HER domain and tells you what SHE can bring to you, and why shouldn't she? Queen believes she knows people's desires best because people nowadays are almost ALWAYS connected to the Internet. Just like having an account in TH-cam or Google, the Internet is always up to date with what YOU find interesting and bombard you with it and other related things. She is an Algorithm constantly evolving, interpreting and reinterpreting people's wants and needs. She tempts you with the "wonders" of the Internet and will provide them to you so long as you exchange your free will and agency. Queen would even tell, and enforce to, you what she believes what you WANT is the same thing as your NEEDS even if those two can be completely unrelated or anathema to each other, much like her attitude towards Noelle in-game (but that's another essay for another time). Sorry for the word vomit, and if this was already made by someone else before me, but I thought it was interesting to share.
This song is, along with Big Shot, one of my favorites from all of Deltarune's soundtrack so far. The way it starts out as you fall down dodging the bullets on beat from Sweet, and when the song swells as you see the landscape you've just entered, it was such a perfect moment. The happiness radiating from this song expresses it wonderfully, and the artwork is once again beautiful! I'm so glad that MOTI managed to make yet another Deltarune song even better with their amazing work!
The style of this is really cool. It really shows the potential of the internet co connect, inspire and bear the infinite forest of possibilities that are your dreams manifested. Also picked up on some similar lines, this track has a much lighter undertone than killer Queen which shows the darker aspects of the internet personified

My only complaint is that I wish this song was longer. I love hearing a song this unabashedly, this unapologetically, this unstipulatedly happy from these creators. The best track so far.
I'm absolutely just in awe for this one! I love how you guys took the initial "Welcome to the Internet" inspiration and created your own positive outlook, almost like the polar opposite to Bo Burnham's version. The lyrics still acknowledges the internet having everything you could ever need and knowing anything you could ever want, but more focuses on how that can also be a good thing as well as a place to express and show your endless creative mediums. The vocals sound insane, blasting that same energy I got when I first heard this track in-game. And the art was so phenomenal, especially the intro showcasing the layers of the main art. Amazing job on this one! Worth the wait!
I must confess... I doubted your ability to make a good lyric version of this masterpiece... I deeply apologize. This is beautiful and hits me right in the feels.
Listening to this song makes me think of the city reveal in Robots. Yes, there's problems with the area you're looking at, there's crime, there's villains, there's grime and rust beneath the surface. The three things I just need I need in this (not) musical are queen’s theme, Pandora’s palace and spamtons theme (edit: Pandora’s palace has just been made so this might have worked).
I mean, we already got Attack of The Killer Queen and both of Spamton's battle themes. I doubt we'll get their overworld themes too. Still, it's certainly plausible. I agree about Pandora Palace though. Such great music for the endgame area. Card Castle from Chapter 1 just can't compete.
A Cyber's World slaps as hard as Fields of Hopes and Dreams and this goes harder. You can really feel the hope in the base songs. One is wandering, the other is welcoming.
What Field of Hopes and Dreams did for Chapter 1, A Cyber's World has done for Chapter 2 and that's bringing players into a new world in the best way possible ^^ and you guys have also done that with this musical video, bringing people in with such an upbeat vibe and showing the good about the internet. Awesome work as always that truly deserved a like on the video ^^
I love how every song the Man on the internet team creates has some sort of connection to other songs of characters with similar style or characters who are connected to the song itself. the "the best hasn't happened yet" is a clear play on of the "Attack of the killer queen" and i am all for it. Making your songs not only catchy but also very smart makes it even better. As always, huge appreciation for everyone on the man on the internet team !
Yo u made it a song about the internet? And such a wholesome one. I find this wonderful! ALSO MY GUYS SWEET CAPN CAKES ARE THERE I love them so much. When I sing alone, it brings tears to my eyes.
This was the song i was most looking forward to seeing here, seriously! I really want to be able to vent and share about my experience with the second chapter of this game You know? Since 2010 when i was only 5 years old, i was passionate about games, especially indies, as they were the first games i had contact with, and basically i grew up with them. But over time (but specifically from 2018 to now) i ended up losing interest and even getting discouraged with most recent indie games and their current state... Simply because of the saturation by a part of the indie market (metroidvanias, roguelikes, soulslikes and sidescrollers) or even because of the immense mountain of indie games that i try as much as possible to survive from sucking nostalgia (such as the "PS1 games", spiritual successors and boomer shooters) But then came the second chapter of Deltarune... Particularly i only followed the game for being a "sequel" of undertale (which i love a lot), when i went to play the game, at the first i confess that i was even worried about which would be the typical "cyberpunk" without personality (and even generic) with the typical topic of "technology can be dangerous, BEWARE!" But when the trio started that descent and suddenly this music started playing, i experienced one of the most magical transitions and surprises i've ever seen in a game! Something i've felt before in games like FEZ, Journey, Oneshot, A hat in time, Hollow Knight and Undertale itself. Most of the characters were likeable, the puzzles were fun, and the cyberworld was so eccentric and had so much personality (much more than most cyberworlds today that always put the punk style into everything...) that it ignited a glow and even a hope in me for current indies games, i really appreciate toby fox for that (ಥ﹏ಥ)
"Welcome to the internet, the best hasn't even happened yet!" A nice double-nod to your Attack of the Killer Queen, and Bo Burnham's "Welcome to the Internet!" (Which was what bit from AOTKQ was refrencing-) Amazing work as usual!
Damn, I was predicting we'd get Cyber Battle next. But, this song did include Sweet Cap'n Cakes so I was right about that. And I gotta say, a song with lyrics like 'Welcome to the Internet' seems fitting for this channel.
Honestly one of my favorite deltarune songs you've done. As much as they're overshadowed by the more character focused songs, I think the area/ensemble songs you've done have always been really amazing.
I LOVE THIS SO MUCH!! I think this is my favourite deltarune ch2 song so I’m so happy you did it! I love literally everything about it, the chorus, the lyrics, the art, it’s all just- **screams in fangirl** (Also one of my favourite things about the chorus is that because I’ve been following this channel for a while and I’m familiar with most of everyone’s voices, I can pick them out of the chorus lol)
This song has 3 OGs in the chorus and that's Alex, Darby, and Juno. I dunno if I missed any1 cuz after the Undertale the musical I didn't watch any other song covers until I discovered Deltarune the not musical. And when Chapter 2 came around, I was hyped on what he was gonna release next Sunday. But yeah...Alex Beckham is my favorite singer in my opinion. And Darby is my 2nd favorite.
This might be one of my favorite covers you've ever done. And I mean across all your videos. The voices harmonize so well with the music, it's so good. Really hoping for a 1 hour version of this one in particular.
If they ever made a show, they should use these songs. I can imagine all the Ads robots and wires singing in harmony. As you walk down a bright walkway. Gosh. I've been waiting for this one since the beginning. Immediately had chills.
Ever since you said you were doing deltarune songs I knew this one would be great! I think my favorite part is that the chorus is Pretty Much Literally Everyone

This is brilliant. An awesome musical cover for one of the best area themes toby fox has made so far! After Field of Hopes and Dreams being awesome, and now this, I am already very excited to see the next banger area theme, as well as its MOTI version.
Songs about the internet are either showing the original intent: a wonderful place for people to connect and collaborate, and then you have people like Bo Burnham who just say it like it is
this version of the internet is the library's internet. the library probably blocks inappropriate sites. that's why this internet is so innocent, they don't have access to the bad stuff.
YES!!!!!!! When first hearing the Chapter 2 soundtrack, this was the first song I wanted to have a lyrical adaptation. AND BOY DID YOU DELIVER! I love the harmony and the lyrics. It really shows the good side of the internet! If for whatever reason if your next song happens to be the snowgrave version of ‘Welcome to the City,’ I think you could make an excellent song about the not-so good side of the internet with it.
I absolutely love this song, and when I first played the game, it felt really inspiring. Like it was a gateway to new things, endless possibilities. This song perfectly captures that feeling! I expected nothing less.
Despite Superbia in tick, tick BOOM! being a sci-fi musical about the future, I imagine it would be like this. Quite a futuristic synth and chip tune soundfont, wonderful chorus harmonies, cool and catchy lyrics, memorable. If only Jonathan Larson lived on…You and your chorus would be brilliant if you had permission to make Superbia a musical reality. I really enjoyed this song!
Hearing this soundtrack for the first time was like being introduced into Deltarune all over again. The song truly captures the idea of entering this new unexplored amazing Cyber's World. Thank you and your entire crew very much for interpreting my favorite sound track of the chapter (sorry, Big Shot is a very close number 2) with lyrics, Alex. And also a very gratuitous thank you to Toby Fox for rewarding the fans for our patience. This was definitely worth the wait.

YES Pandora Palace was my fave song!
The only song I could think they might do next would be the cyber battle theme
I also need pandora palace
@@dwanedibly8129 well if we literally got the H O N K S O N G them I’m sure we’ll get the other themes.

I got chills.
I love this. Its beautiful.
A Cyber's World slaps as hard as Fields of Hopes and Dreams and this goes harder.
You can really feel the hope in the base songs.
One is wandering, the other is welcoming.
The two of these are now my favorite of the deltarune the musical
As always, huge appreciation for everyone on the man on the internet team !
this is so adorable, it's so rare we get anything painting the internet in a positive light. it's so sweet
Yo u made it a song about the internet? And such a wholesome one. I find this wonderful! ALSO MY GUYS SWEET CAPN CAKES ARE THERE I love them so much.
When I sing alone, it brings tears to my eyes.
this song encapsulates the joys of your early days on the internet.. unbridled joy and wonder at all the great things that are out there.
This was the song i was most looking forward to seeing here, seriously! I really want to be able to vent and share about my experience with the second chapter of this game
You know? Since 2010 when i was only 5 years old, i was passionate about games, especially indies, as they were the first games i had contact with, and basically i grew up with them. But over time (but specifically from 2018 to now) i ended up losing interest and even getting discouraged with most recent indie games and their current state... Simply because of the saturation by a part of the indie market (metroidvanias, roguelikes, soulslikes and sidescrollers) or even because of the immense mountain of indie games that i try as much as possible to survive from sucking nostalgia (such as the "PS1 games", spiritual successors and boomer shooters)
But then came the second chapter of Deltarune... Particularly i only followed the game for being a "sequel" of undertale (which i love a lot), when i went to play the game, at the first i confess that i was even worried about which would be the typical "cyberpunk" without personality (and even generic) with the typical topic of "technology can be dangerous, BEWARE!"
But when the trio started that descent and suddenly this music started playing, i experienced one of the most magical transitions and surprises i've ever seen in a game!
This is honestly everything I wanted from this song. The callback to Attack Of The Killer Queen was such a perfect idea
I had listened to this song so much it had lost its luster, but now it just got better
"Welcome to the internet, the best hasn't even happened yet!"
A nice double-nod to your Attack of the Killer Queen, and Bo Burnham's "Welcome to the Internet!" (Which was what bit from AOTKQ was refrencing-)
Amazing work as usual!
Damn, I was predicting we'd get Cyber Battle next. But, this song did include Sweet Cap'n Cakes so I was right about that. And I gotta say, a song with lyrics like 'Welcome to the Internet' seems fitting for this channel.
Finally!! Great art too. I would have made 3 male vocalist as Sweet Cap'n Cakes though.
Here’s something from Drama Josh to hold you over: th-cam.com/video/4nj7l6fCy6E/w-d-xo.html
@@kylestubbs8867 thx
Honestly one of my favorite deltarune songs you've done. As much as they're overshadowed by the more character focused songs, I think the area/ensemble songs you've done have always been really amazing.
this captures the good things the internet has done so well
also scene when did the art get so GOOD?
I LOVE THIS SO MUCH!! I think this is my favourite deltarune ch2 song so I’m so happy you did it! I love literally everything about it, the chorus, the lyrics, the art, it’s all just- **screams in fangirl**
(Also one of my favourite things about the chorus is that because I’ve been following this channel for a while and I’m familiar with most of everyone’s voices, I can pick them out of the chorus lol)
@@davidmarques5538 yeah I love Alex Beckham’s voice but literally everyone here is so insanely talented :O
I doubt this was intentional but
3 sideways = (a very curly) W
Then that means 333 = www
www = world wide web
The video length: 3:33
This is really smart.

Ever since you said you were doing deltarune songs I knew this one would be great!
I think my favorite part is that the chorus is Pretty Much Literally Everyone
Virovirokun, Tasque, Werewire, the Sweet Cap'n Cakes, Queen (i guess), and Plugboy then?
@@poopypantslulz8234 I meant in terms of cast members, that it's (nearly, there's a few names I'm not seeing) every person that frequently or recently worked with moti. Given the nature of the song it honestly feels like they could just be singing as themselves
@@pokkiheart Ohh ok
Thought you meant the deltarune people
I loved the reference of "Welcome to the internet"
I love how the people at MOTI are just the opposites of Bo Burnham who made the song Welcome to the Internet which lists the monstrosities of the internet and this song lists all the wonders of the internet
I love it so much
I love this and how it came together, you & your community did the best to get almost every theme in the DeltaRune.
With the MOTI community with Albums, Songs, Musicals, etc. it has any musicals with the interest or continuation of any ideas.
It will get the best for any recognization that they got. They have a 10000/10 ratings or up higher. They make your day better with music.
Any music comes into listening, the MOTI Can Help you represent who you are.
this song predicted the future
AHHHH IVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS! I’m just assumed you weren’t doing it but here it is! I love it! Welcome to the internet folks!
This is far from my favourite song in deltarune chapter two, but this is probably my favourite lyrical adaptation of a deltarune song MOTI has done. AND HOLY CRAP THE ART!! It’s so well done!
Damn bro you've got chapter 3???
@@DisasterEnby whoops, meant two. Lmao stupid me
This sounds so good! prob my best take on a cybers world ,cant wait to see if the next deltarune video is my castle town or faint courage
This feels like an Anthem to everything good about the Internet. I really needed this positivity!
The chorus was unexpected, and the harmonies are beautiful. The lyrics are vivid and provocative. The atmosphere is wondrous. This is my MOTI song I've heard in a long, long time.
We getting to the Birdly fight with this one 🗣🔥🗣🔥🗣🔥🗣🔥

One word to describe this: amazing! Amazing harmony, amazing artwork, amazing celebration of why we love the Internet. A Cyber's World captures that spirit of the early web and this takes it even further. You done knocked it out of the park again, MOTI.
A Cyber's world?:
"Welcome to the internet
The best hasn't happened yet"
Attack of the killer queen:
" *Welcome, darlings, to the internet*
With the wonders I can provide
*The best hasn't even happened yet*
'Cause I need you to join my side"
Very, very smart turn from you MOTI
I remember hearing this for the first time.....just the sheer disbelief that I was back in deltarune......this cover is really beautiful
Lyrics :
Ideas come together
Here you can find whatever
Your heart desires a world wide web await's
Welcome to the internet
The best hasn't happened yet
But load down the wires tonight we celebrate
Here we connect the planet
And every dream, we have it
Search for a while
And you'll find somеthing great
Welcome to thе internet
The best hasn't happened yet
But load down the wires tonight we celebrate
A dash of positivity and endless possibility
We'll make you smile
With content that we create
Welcome to the internet
The best hasn't happened yet
But load down the wires tonight we celebrate
You can see things that you never
Thought to be real, but whatever
Interesting things that you admire
Processing spreading like wildfire
You can see things that you never
Thought to be real, but whatever
Interesting things that you admire
Processing spreading like wildfire
Ideas come together
Here you can find whatever
Here we connect the planet
And every dream, we have it
Welcome to the internet
The best hasn't happened yet
From our mind to your headset
And you'll never forget

And you'll never forget
Welcome to the internet

This one might be one of my favorites of yours! Like the positivity of it all compared to most internet inspired songs and how it's all harmonized. For being about such a vast and and open space, it does feel surprisingly comforting.
This is brilliant. An awesome musical cover for one of the best area themes toby fox has made so far! After Field of Hopes and Dreams being awesome, and now this, I am already very excited to see the next banger area theme, as well as its MOTI version.
Welcome to the internet.
YES
Also great inspirational lyrics that fit the greatness of the base song.
Songs about the internet are either showing the original intent: a wonderful place for people to connect and collaborate, and then you have people like Bo Burnham who just say it like it is
i feel nothing but unfiltered joy when listening to this
this version of the internet is the library's internet. the library probably blocks inappropriate sites. that's why this internet is so innocent, they don't have access to the bad stuff.
We have all been waiting for this one! Really good job!
0:51 more sonic covers confirmed?!? (real) (not clickbait)
I really like that Alex sings in this song sounding like Mettaton because i really can imagine Mettaton to be a part of this world
*Laughs in basement robot*
Bo burnham's Welcome to the internet is the Dark reprise of this, and an even cheerer version of this plays at the end of the story
I absolutely love this song, and when I first played the game, it felt really inspiring. Like it was a gateway to new things, endless possibilities. This song perfectly captures that feeling! I expected nothing less.
0:18: sweet's voice.
1:05: k_k
1:40 higher pitched male voice: cap'n
I can't believe how nostalgic this song feels despite still being quite a recent release. This is only chapter 2 as well!
The artwork is stunning bruh omg
This was definitely worth the wait.
this is what i imagined an internet utopia would be like, i love this
Probably one of your best your best yet, the harmony, it’s so hopeful :)
I'm nostalgic already, and it's only been about half a year...
Cyber’s Workd has been my favorite Deltarune song so far and now you guys did a cover for it! You all did amazing with this! The art is beautiful!
When a child discovers the internet and social media
God. Every time I hear a new one of these songs they almost bring me to tears with how perfect they are- the lyrics, the art- all coupled with Toby Fox's outstanding musical creations are just absolutely astonishing.
Haven't got chills like this since this song playing for the first time.
Wow... That WAS AWESOME!!! BRAVO!GREAT JOB Man on the Internet team, this is impressive and I am looking forward to what you'll make next! The animations were spot on, and amazing, and flowed well with the song, it was very well done. Excellent in every way, WELL DONE! X3
Everyone, stand for the Anthem of the Internet
Just when I thought I was finally leaving my deltarune phase behind, then content like this comes by and pulls me right back in.
I do find it hilarious how the lyrics reference the internet even though the city has no internet connection at the time lol
The tear of nastolgia spilled down my face.. 🤩❤
SO AMAZING! I have absolute chills. It’s actually really comforting and happy. I love the parts of Queen’s theme put in there
