Go to consumer court. Once the case will get a date in the court they will hurriedly try to resolve the issue with you.! Please dont fall for 25k or 50k. Get a new car or full payment of the car back.!
If all the details are present with this person in paper/ documents, he should immediately proceed to file a case with the consumer court. I am an Astor owner myself and thankfully I haven't faced any such issues with my dealer till now.

I have seen something similar happen with other brands, where the dealer swapped a repaired car for a different one during the PDI, these incidents from dealers ruin the brand image!

I will clear you all mistakes done in these case 1) Always do a PDI before RTO 2) All communication should be done by mails with Sale's and Service team's 3) At the time of delivery all documents should be taken and no pending 4) No delivery without Number plate These dealerships give delivery without RTO process should be stop, RTO should take action agenst dealership and penalise them for this, This is clear fraud and they need to pay him all damages

Since car is already registered on your name in RTO as first owner.. there is no way you can get a fresh car again ... Best approach is to file a case and ask for heavy compensation.. though that case may be fought for many months or years .

I also had a very bad experience from Sai Shreeja dealer. I purchased Comet EV but I was delivered a defective vehicle. Twice every week, I had to call the service centre or the showroom to get it repaired, once for physical buttons on the steering, once for irritating noise from the steering and then for screen blackout. Screen blackout happened many times. I was also peomised accessories but even after more than 2 months, all the accessories have not been provided to me. The executives at the MG customer care are also clueless for most of the peoblems and they simply forward the complaints to the dealer. Since MG is just a name of British Company now managed by Chinese people, it sucks. Chinese people and things are useless but we have limited options because 90% batteries are manufactured by China and sadly, every Indian company like Tata and Mahindra are also importing Chinese batteries.
This is a fraud. MG as a brand should take serious action against such dealer and apologise to Sumit. Sumits is not asking for any competition for harassment and is only looking forward to a new car which he has already paid for. The ask is completely genuine. @sumit we stand with you.
