    No wonder the auto car sales are going day by day because of such fraud car companies and dealers. There should be a PIL lodged in the court against such frauds etc and a strict law should be formed. ऐसे तो लोग लुटते ही चले जाएंगे यार ! खून पसीने की कमाई से अपनी कार का सपना पूरा करते हैं और डीलर इस तरह फ्रॉड कर रहे हैं। !!

      @@uniquereviewshacks2121 But didn’t you check the chassis number? You should check that before accepting the delivery. Mostly, it's the customer's responsibility in such cases. However, it worked out well that the tail light was broken, so you ended up getting a new car.

    Go to consumer court. Once the case will get a date in the court they will hurriedly try to resolve the issue with you.! Please dont fall for 25k or 50k. Get a new car or full payment of the car back.!

    If all the details are present with this person in paper/ documents, he should immediately proceed to file a case with the consumer court.
    I am an Astor owner myself and thankfully I haven't faced any such issues with my dealer till now.

    50 percent discount as value of car got reduced the moment it went outside showroom, know it's second hand so court should ask the dealer to refund 50 percent payment back.
    It is fraud done on part of dealership.

    I will clear you all mistakes done in these case
    1) Always do a PDI before RTO
    2) All communication should be done by mails with Sale's and Service team's
    3) At the time of delivery all documents should be taken and no pending
    4) No delivery without Number plate
    These dealerships give delivery without RTO process should be stop, RTO should take action agenst dealership and penalise them for this,
    This is clear fraud and they need to pay him all damages

    Ghar pahuchke dekha tyre flat ho gaya.
    Customer care call kiya to woh kehte ki ek mahine pehle kisi aur naam pe registration hua hai.
    Insurance bhi us person ke naam se hi hua tha doosre company se.
    Bahut try kiya lekin zero faida hua

    Since car is already registered on your name in RTO as first owner.. there is no way you can get a fresh car again ... Best approach is to file a case and ask for heavy compensation.. though that case may be fought for many months or years .

    I was excited to get an MG Windsor car in January, but now that they aren't taking care for these kinds of frightening problems, I think I should stay away from MG.

    Bhai apne RC Check kiya? Ya phr Online portal me number check kiya? Aise Mg toh nahi he kar skta hai. Also It's crucial for brands to establish strong quality control measures. It's always advisable to conduct a detailed PDI.

    I also had a very bad experience from Sai Shreeja dealer. I purchased Comet EV but I was delivered a defective vehicle. Twice every week, I had to call the service centre or the showroom to get it repaired, once for physical buttons on the steering, once for irritating noise from the steering and then for screen blackout. Screen blackout happened many times. I was also peomised accessories but even after more than 2 months, all the accessories have not been provided to me. The executives at the MG customer care are also clueless for most of the peoblems and they simply forward the complaints to the dealer. Since MG is just a name of British Company now managed by Chinese people, it sucks. Chinese people and things are useless but we have limited options because 90% batteries are manufactured by China and sadly, every Indian company like Tata and Mahindra are also importing Chinese batteries.

    Aapko Dealer ke upar case karna chahiye, and company ko warn karna chahiye
    kyuki ye case Dealer ke end se huwa hai, and he is answerable.
    Also PDI ke time pata chal jata hai, ki car kesi condition me hai, toh agar aapne PDI nahi kiya hai toh usme aapki galti rahi hogi.

    RC pe first owner hai to second hand car kaise hui?
    Second hand car to registration k baad hi hoti hai.
    Insurance ka problem to alag problem hai. Dealer ki galati hai.
    MyMG app pe immediately register kar dete hain. Galati to for sure dealer k taraf se hai. Inko chhorna mat.
    Kudos to MG for maintaining all the information on their app.
    Haryana me aadhe se jyada log bina registration k chalate hain. Ye sab hona to normal hai bhai.

    While the brand might not be directly at fault, they do have some responsibility for what their authorized dealers do. MG should look into this properly and take action against the dealership to make sure this doesn’t happen again...Also maine ye Hyundai, Maruti, Tata ye sb me bhot common dekha hai.🤩🤩

    Gaadi 350 km nhi gaadi kam se kam 2500 km chali hui thi meter bhi reverse kiya hua tha kyunki first service hamesha 2500 km par hi hoti hai.

      Sir yahin to aap maat kha gaye in any case a car run more than 25 Km should be straight away rejected during PDI, no one can force you unless you have greed for mouth watering discount and ready to get trapped. Now you can't do anything and better live with it rather than getting traumatized, at least you have a working car in hand.
