    Thanks Coach!! looks easy to pull off with repetition, but it has to be in a split second decision, minus the sweat and tiredness..., with this technique I would be pouring knees to the face to finish this faster, & quote the great one while doing so: "put some violence into the violence", lol. But I wonder... why you don't see this defensive techniques more in MMA/UFC. Almost every time it ends in a slam, unless the defensive takedown ability is very good... anyways just thinking out loud, GREAT VIDEO.

    • @glennnolasco2475
      @glennnolasco2475 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Rambo obviously that's why I said they use their wrestling in different ways. Yes, I agree Khabib is more of a wrestler, mixing it more with his kickboxing the more he progress.
      Justin on the other hand, probably will be sharpening his skills on scrambling and stuffing takedowns since Khabib would be also another problem of his on the ground.
      Either way, I don't want both of them to lose in the same cage.

      @@proforce1497 That's sort of the thing. A year ago I started wrestling, and I weighed only a measly 120 pounds. I didn't even workout cause I was too lazy. Even then I was incredibly strong for my size for some reason. (I had no endurance even though I thought I should have cause I did cross country and stuff)Anyways a couple of my friends who weighed around 200 pounds were also in wrestling. I was about as strong, or maybe I wasn't because they were holding back? I'm not too sure. One time we were doing a king of the mat, and I beat this guy at my weight level, then a 160 pounder. Then I was up against the lightest of the 200 pounders. I lost obviously cause I have no endurance and he was almost a full 100 pounds heavier, but I did keep him off me. Even as he tried to hip toss me to the ground. So yeah that's a okay in my book. Also if their like a full 100 pounds heavier in muscle, you will not be able to win. Not only will they have weight to put on you, but weight to use against you as well.
