My wife use to work for at the front office of an apartment complex. And we lived in the same apartments she worked. 24/7 residents use to knock on or door for some assistance. Most of the problems were something could be handled during normal business hours. She had people knock on her door at 11pm at night to get a spare mail box key, complaining their air filter needs changed, and backed up toilets. On my wife off day. Her boss would ask her to come back to do some apartment viewing for possible new residents. I had enough and I forced her to quit her job and move. Her boss begged her to come back and I said no because we couldn't enjoying a day of peace without people knocking on our door and her boss calling her to come And work off the clock for an hour on her day off
So what get another job ,.. that's what you do , if you ring in sick and you were not sick , you should be finned then ,,,run your own business , se how you go ,,,

Very difficult for Job availability in India to keep up wt the demands of its huge growing youth population . Adding to the problem is that better job opportunities exist in counted few cities. This drives a huge number of people to migrate to these cities from all over India making the supply of job seekers too high. For people searching jobs the competition is just crushing.

I worked from 4:30 pm in the afternoon and didn't finish until 10:30 am the next day and had two other jobs on top of that and only got paid for working eight hours a day. Sometimes i wonder, is it too easy here? Though i saw a young 10 year old girl in India sweeping the side walk at 7 am in the morning and her pile of leaves and her strip of sidewalk was the best in all of New Delhi. I just want to go back to buy her a little cart, some tools and a uniform, and a mission to build the best cleaning company in India.
