In Homicide, it was the car hitting Phelps after investigating the light pole. In Ad Vice, it's knocking Earle down with the car. So I'm really looking forward to seeing what Arson's "big hit" will be!
There is a reason why Cole and Elsa were having an affair, but it had something to do with backstory based on them meeting after the war and connecting a relationship, I think it was either flavor text or was cut content.
