nice setup!!!! the reason why its rich in color is because theres a natural 14k color and theres one where they put a layer of gold on top of the 14k which makes it look more richer in gold. im currently waiting for my bracelet from DJ and its taking forever!

Seriously man, some places me offer really cheap per gram prices like $39 but I have never seen one that has looked better or even close to their quality and design. There is a premium but hey same thing with gucci or rolls Royce, it’s the Quality and the name brand. And they basically give a life time guarantee that if anything goes wrong that you can send it back and they will take care of it.

Hey man. Really great review. Never have I thought about upgrading a box lock size relative to the chain, but that does make a huge difference. I think the guy you were talking about was Bryan1000 who did the outside engraving you mentioned. That’s the only other TH-camr who did that same thing as far as I know. I gotta agree it’s a super clean look. Helzberg ain’t flexin like this. Keep doing your thing brotha. Happy 2022 🤙

Considering moving forward with a 14kt solid yellow gold 7mm 22'' handmade Miami Cuban Link that is estimated at 85 grams after production. In your experience, has the chain been uncomfortably heavy for daily wear? A 6mm is estimated at 59~ grams, but I don't like the appearance as much. I appreciate the insight as somebody looking to purchase their first piece of solid gold jewelry without a frame of reference or anywhere to try on a similar weight! TIA

white gold iced out cuban for a solitaire but if you're two chaining with your 7mm then pick a yellow gold so it'll flow better. Unless Iyou have the style to pull of a rose gold one then I'd go for that one because it's more unique to two chain different colors of gold.
Man those are some good points but I was sort of at first wanting to do the white gold but if I’m personally going to drop some brad like that I don’t want anyone to think it is one of those silver ones from eBay. I started really wanting to go with it in rose gold but at the end of the day I’m a yellow guy so I will most likely be going with yellow gold. What length would you do? Not sure if you are aware but there is a rumor going around the jewelry forums that dji is now outsourcing their Cubans from the seybold building.
My guess for this would be in order to help with the backlog of orders which also explains why you are noticing differences like link thickness and font etc compared to your older chain.

Nice review overall, I went for Grimal and got a 11mm 25" 14K and I notice a few things about my one month young Cuban, I like the solid gold plus, super tight links that won't kink, details in finishing and polishing down to the small diamonds at the lock studs and the laser logos are crisp.
Looks nice bro! Got a 9mm bracelet from daniels and loved it… now going for a 7mm asap whenever i get a response haha for me personally i like the gold to have the full weight because it holds value over diamonds. Thats just me and my mentality though they are still beautiful chains ngl lol
you can not get an accurate weight putting the scale on that towel.
DJI cubans are nice man, I went with Lirys 7mm 25" due to wait times and much better price and couldn't be happier tight links and you could tell with the weight. it came out to 99.6 grams for 7mm 25" in 10K gold. Very solid piece that im looking forward to upgrading within the year! Man i got a 7mm as my first chain and my neck was a little sore for a couple days until i got used to it!

Congrats. Bracelet has to be a bit more loose so that it can bend to your wrist. Both are nice pieces btw. Just purchased my first Cuban in July for my bday as well.

Good to hear from you and honestly no I would never do moissanites for my pieces mainly because my favorite part of wearing jewelry such as gold and diamonds is knowing it’s valuable and hard to get and of coarse the shine. My friend if you are considering a diamond piece but are on a budget try Jewlery unlimited, every one of my diamond pendants are from there and you can get a nice authentic gold and Diamond item for 300$ . But nah bro always authentic diamonds and gold here. It just wouldn’t give you the same feeling trust me.

Man oh man do I have a soft spot for that 4mm rope chain. I actually have an exact review video of those specs on my channel. 14k 4mm 20 inch but I sold it in the summer to get a longer one
It just depends really how flashy you want to be at that point cause even a 2.5mm rope shines and stands out well. If you can I would hold off an extra couple weeks or months how ever long cause you don’t want to have to try and sell it later cause this is a longer term item not like food where it goes away then you have to buy it you know. Good sizes though for real. The 4mm is great and has a a lot of presence and I think it’s a lot better for daily wear. I went with a thicker Miami Cuban cause I have had those 4mm chains for awhile and wanted one thick piece. I hope this help really this is why I started this channel. Take care and happy new year. Hey bro, don’t worry that’s the exact process they do it’s clean and smooth as far as transaction wise, both times I shopped here I did this option. They email/send you a PayPal invoice with the price and you hit “Pay now” it may take about a full day for the money to completely send but it notifies them once you it pay now cause I did it on the phone with David and instantly he said he received it. You have nothing to worry about with that with them bro only just trying to have them answer your call. Once I was on hold for 15 min😂🤷🏻♂️Worth it though.

You think I should buy a 10k 5mm flat curb or save up and buy a 10k 6mm rope chain ?
Recommend 14k if you can save up for it. You can’t tell a difference visually but it’s better overall. As far as the flat curb or rope, depends on what look you want to go for. Both have a good presence on their own as a solitaire look, but ropes look better with a pendant imo.
Personally that is more of a personality thing. Take it like this Javon, I have both a flat curb and rope chains my biggest was a 4mm and I will say that the Rope is a lot more loud than the flat curb that will look nice and bold/subtle. So if you want the Cuban link style go with that it is more low key while the rope chain will be more loud looking.
I would personally go with the Rope chain. That and the Cuban link are my most favorite styles.

Great review. Beautiful cuban chain and braclet. Daniels links look great and their box locks look the best. There definitely is cheaper link makers in Florida but I'd have no issue spending more money for quality and I think Daniels quality is up there. I always believe like you said reward yourself. If you work hard you deserve to treat yourself as well and gold ain't going nowhere. If anything the price is going up. I'd rather own gold than designer clothes if it came down to it.

Dji bracelets are filed differently than the chains.the bracelet that u wear the side down is flat and the side that shows has the curve.the chain both sides are the same.very nice 7mm,I have a 8mm from them and I love it!!!

Nice come up. Keep putting in that work. I’m considering a white gold 4mm or 7mm x 26. I’ve always leaned toward silver tones over yellow gold, just me. Your vids are helping me hone into what mm size will be best for me. Thinking Daniel is the way I’ll go. With your 23 inch chains can you slip them over your head to put them on or take off? I’m prioritizing that cause I don’t think I’ll want to do the clasps all the time. Plus I’m gonna go with a sleek clasp.
Appreciate it bro. That was my biggest question with this length but I am able to take it off without unclasping it but I am unable to put it on while the box lock is snapped in close, might have to do with a person’s facial structure. So I would go 24 bro but I don’t mind taking it on and off cause my bracelet from them I use almost every day and I have not had an issue with it becoming loose in any way. And 4mm-7mm is a huge jump man. That’s personal preference but I would go with atleast the 6mm cause the 5 and 4mm are very similar in real life man. And what makes you want to go with the sleek lock? I personally liked the classic original style double box lock but my next purchase coming on this channel is a fully iced out diamond cuban link chain with the sleek lock. The sleek lock for my is just a cleaner look. My first bracelet had a sleek flip style and I have always liked it more than the traditional box lock. Just me I guess.

@@Gwinter452 so I committed to a 14k 8mm x 24in weighing in at 118 grams with the sleek lock. Love the lock and haven’t had any problems with it. At the 24 inch length i tend to slip it over my head most of the time. Lock is super tight.
I think with the white gold, which has the rhodium plating, that plating makes it even more secure creating an interference fit. My 11mm x 8inch matching bracelet got plated again after I got it, my request for extra shine, and that really did tighten it up.
I’ll add that last week I also got a 3.5mm x 20in 14k white gold rope with a lobster clasp. Picked it up from Hawaii Rope Chains. Hate the lobster but the company is great.
