During my childhood my father had briefly bought a small tea estate (small when compared to other ones out there) I use to spend my school vacation out there. I must say, I've travelled all across the globe and nothing could ever come close to my vacation there, not even when I go to Switzerland, nothing can ever and will ever equal my Dooars experience.... almost like my personal wonderful childhood fairytale... Thank you for taking time recording this and uploading this... God Bless.

Sayantan: we are planning to go to Dooars in the month of May. So I was searching youtube for some videos regarding this and you are having the most beautiful collection. After watching it, deep inside I m feeling a strong thirst for visiting this place as soon as possible. So Sayantan, amay bolbe approx koto khoroch hobe guide nile? kon month-er modhhye generally jaoa better?
@Swarup Chatterjee: ami ei route ta upor diye Alipuduar obdhi gechhilam.. ar proper jungle safari korini, tai exact aapnar query gulor answer dite parbo na. sorry.. :) but indeed this route is one of the most beautiful route of Indian Railways, specially in Monsoon. You must visit this route in the time of monsoon.. All the best for your trip..
Nice but only the comment cannot make a documentary beautiful. It needs ornaments like music, poetry and song concerning the scenario. Please look through " Murty, The Fairy Tale of North Bengal" in TH-cam. Thank You.
1) good video, good capture 2) the river (1st one) is Mahananda, not Mahanadi, as described 3) tunnels in train route are generally "artificial" in nature in most of the cases, need not to be mentioned !!
বাঃ, দারুন এক সুন্দর journey উপভোগ করলাম !👌
