      Thanks for the video. Very informative for me. My Nigirian friends don't talk much about these topics. I am forced to do my own research. I want to learn more about Nigiria because it's a great and beautiful African state with great recourses. In principle, Nigiria could develop into the strongest country in West Africa.

    ALSCON is Nigeria's first export processing factory. ALSCON is one of the biggest Aluminun Plant in Africa.

We pray for the arising of patriotic leaders that have the courage, strategy and resilience to re take this country....Good informing video though...some of these stories MUST be told again to Nigerians of this generation so we can find a lasting solution for the sake of the next generation

      It's unimaginable that the dredging of 12km of Imo River and lack of a small amount of capital led to the closure of ALSCON, and an eventual sale of the $3b company for peanuts. Till today no one went to jail for the losses the country suffered or for the lack of decision at the critical time. Also ALSCON was being managed by Germans...

    Why are there no Abandoned church buildings. Or worship centres. Only industries and roads, bridges, dams, ports, and infrastructural projects are Abandoned. Typically Nigeria.     If you accept a suggestion. If you're going to make a list, put the most interesting case last or separate it into different videos.

      A lot of questions and no answers. It is very true that Gov't should keep its hands off business and leave it to the private sector. See, telecoms, banking and cement are successfully managed in Nigeria.

      The iron plant should never been put there.The iron ore locally is at 32%fe,economic at greater than50%fe.ghana ore is at 52% to 62%fe and needs hard coal without sulphur.nigerian coal has sulphur.Bring in steel billets and old railway irons,then make std rails plus gas pipes.The plant is all there!
