Since this is technically not a regular AT but "robotized manual" how does it handle steep hill starts? I read on some Fiat forums there are issues with hill holder, and that you have to either use handbrake, or slowly release the foot brake while pressing the accelerator at the same time, therefore using your both feet kinda like you would with manual
I bought mine and up hill I need to use the foot brake and accelerator together to get out, otherwise, if I just use the accelerator the car will go back. And sometimes it does not to need a steep hill.
Does the vehicle jerk, hesitate, or jolt around 1500 rpm? As if it doesn't know whether to accelerate or change gears? Does it accelerate by itself for 1 or 2 seconds at 1500 rpm? Thank you.

you never foot brake on a incline in a manual , you use the hand brake all the time .

If your car is doing that there is probably a fault with the gearbox
