Canister vent is used for carry away vapour and non condensing gases back to condenser/hotwell it also helps equalise vacuum at cep suction

Cep is multi stage axial flow pump not required much suction pressure but for avoiding cavitation we provide a head of 5-10 mtr so it can manage the hotwell vacuum and provides a sufficient head
