Making a set of booties for a work friend’s new grandson. This pattern was so cute...and I followed it easily the first time through with no rip outs or re-dos. That was the first time I ever did dc/hdc decreases. You explain & demonstrate things very well. Thank you so much for your effort in creating this wonderful video. I will use this over & over again!

Ty so much for sharing! I had to frog a few times for the size I wanted, but FINALLY worked it out. I doubled a 3 weight and used a size 4 hook. The result was a warm & chunky boot, about 6-12 months! It’s perfect!

If you’re left handed like me you can turn it inside out and it will look nice. I never realized it’s different since I crochet left handed

I have cotton crochet thread. Would it too thin? Thank you. What size needle shd I use with thinner thread?
Yes you can use cotton thread but I must say I think it will be a little small. I suggest 2.50mm hooks for cotton thread
Would a smaller needle not make it smaller? As I was using 3mm and I was not getting the 3.5” with 13 stitches.
