I have a question about the adjustable fender eliminator extension kit. Not sure how to install these. Don’t think this video covers it. Also, can you show me how to put that together along with the license place light attached as well? Ninja 400
The adjustable bracket instructions start at 9:20 but they build on the knowledge from the previous portion of the video so please watch the entire episode. The license plate light gets sandwiched between the bracket and license plate, use of the double stick tape is optional. You route it through the closeout center hole (so don't put the blockoff screw and nunt there), then you connect to the license plate light circuit as shown in the video we have for wiring up the license plate light (available on TH-cam or in the product page on our website).

Is it possible to install the Elite-1 fender eliminator without installing the cover plate? I'd rather avoid cutting off that little plastic bit because doing so in my country would probably void the warranty of the bike, or at the very least make it harder to reinstall the standard fender if I had to sell the bike. If the fender eliminator can be installed without requiring that piece to be cut off, then I'd improvise something to block the hole, like fitting a square rubber grommet there, thus preventing water and debris from infiltrating the motorcycle.

Can you tell me if the tool kit was under the seat? My owners manual shows it yet the dealer told me they arent included. Even online it says rear shock is adjustable via the onboard tool kit. Trying to confirm it was supposed to have it on my bike.
Jacob _6420 the tool kit is under the driver seat, not in the trunk. There is a cable loop in the trunk compartment. Pull on that and it will release driver seat. Then the ouch of tools will be dead center over the battery, held in by a rubber ring.
Update on when that beautiful integrated tail light may be coming to market???
There is no launch date but the design is progressing.

How do you install the license light with it on this model

Unfortunately we do not have access to the Yamaha R15 v2 so we cannot confirm nor deny fitment.
Can OEM turn signals connect to this one?
Technically you can rig that up with our Pod Signal Mounting Kit but we do not provide instructions for that setup because the vast majority of pur customersvdo not want to re use the stock signals.
Would you put 5 inches rim rear on that bike? I want to know what you think.
No. Stick with OEM size rims on these bikes. Looks mean nothing if the bike is not performing the way it should.

That tail light though....almost bought the motodynamics tail light but I really like the looks of yours. Back to impatiently waiting. Lol
Motodynamic doesn't have a tail light for the Ninja 400.
They may list it on their site but that is a model designed for the Z1000 and ZX10R. I don't think that they realize yet that the Ninja 400 taillight has a much different enclosure than the other models their light is for. That light will fit very poorly in the Ninja 400.

@@SGK23TV if you purchase the relay before Monday and leave a note for our customer service guys to ship together, they will refund the extra shipping that will be charged on the second transaction. Otherwise you can message them to hold your order and ask for an invoice for the cost of the relay. Good news about the axle sliders, we should begin shipping them early January.

Do you need the thread lock compound
If you're using the adjustable kit, we would recommend light amounts of thread-locking compound but for the fixed high system, we include locknuts that should prevent the need for thread-lock.

is this also applied to the new ninja 250 2018?
We do not have the 250 model in the USA market so there is no way for us to say with 100% confidence. If the 250 uses the same frame and fairings then yes, it will fit without a problem.
How would I know if this is legal in Texas?
You would need to check with your local laws before making a final purchase as they vary from location to location.
