I’m so glad you could get out with friends. I’ve seen Himeji castle so many times from the Shinkansen but I really need to go there. The grounds were so pretty. You seem to be a good bargain shopper too. It’s hard to find prices like that in the US. Yes, collecting things is not the meaning of our lives. I feel bad for people who think it is. You also don’t need makeup. Your hair frames your face very well and you look great❤

Hi Jessa! Thanks for taking us to Himeji with you. Japan is amazing in how it preserved the past from centuries ago. Can you imagine all the samurai spirits walking around with you?! YIKES! I agree 100% about goodness being repaid if not by the people around you but from above. I think all deeds, whether it be good or bad, are noticed not only by people around us but from the man above and that eventually we have to answer to him for our actions. Yes 😔 it’s kinda small 😔 but some animals do have a wider space and I think zoo keepers will not let them out because of the cold weather . It is my first time here and I don’t know as well 😔 take care and happy new year ❤️

Sometimes we get too busy with life to enjoy the simple things.😊 For breakfast today I will be making a pear crisp with oatmilk yogurt and just a potato/spinach soup for dinner that I made yesterday.😋

Funny that he is a big coffee drinker and you all had tea? Yes, Starbucks is way overpriced even here in USA. But my daughter and I will treat ourselves to a Starbucks latte sometimes. You are young and pretty, no need for makeup but l am old, 73 yrs., worn foundation, mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, blush since in my early teens. It's a little bit vanity and a lot hiding dark circles and blemishes. You and Riza, Cherry Pie, Angela and other gals could have a makeup or makeover party and do one another's makeup just for fun. There are TH-cam tutorials on how to apply cosmetics. I received for Christmas gift same air fryer as yours. I gave it to my daughter, then ordered another one for me. I bought parchment air fryers liners, not too pricey, to use. Be careful with the aluminum foil, it shouldn't touch heating element or block airflow. I am learning from you how to cook in it, thank you. Yes, material things are temporary and true riches are being loving and kind to others and always putting Jesus first in our lives. I'm like you Jhez. I like hot tea that has gone cold. But not with coffee, it has to be hot or iced coffee. That was a good clothing haul, I'm surprised that you had to buy Xl, even with Japanese sizing that equals a large in Europe but you look very slim and must prefer loose sweatshirts. I was not impressed by the zoo, I'm sorry but those cages were so small that it looked like an animal prison. Hopefully there is more space for them behind the scenes.

I was shocked at how small the enclosure for the kangaroos was. They had no space for moving.
