I like how Shingo has almost nothing going on for himself compared to most of the characters in this game, so he just hits SUPER FUCKING HARD in this game. Shingo's damage is almost insane.
Too bad no one showcases Shingo's QCF+C attack when it goes critical (AKA a small spark appears on it, giving it godly properties). I hope he returns in KOF XV.

He's in fact one of the most buff males in KOF underneath his school uniform. 😶
I just found out that Shingo is very effective rushdown fighter isn't heavenly reliant on the meter, so he can build it up and use it from combos. 😶
