I smell Burberry London on people in the fall/winter sometimes and I always love it. So I think it performs alright. It's also been on my to-buy list forever. Very festive scent. Maybe next Fall :D
Thanks for introducing me to Zino! I bought a modern version and then a Lancaster. They did a pretty good job of keeping them similar, though the Lancaster is like 15 percent smoother on the top notes. It is a poor man's Guerlain Heritage in my opinion, having their own riff on the original. Cozy and meditative. Cheers.
It is interesting to see your evolution over the years. In your original review of Armaf Niche Oud you said there is nothing niche about it and now, 4 years later you say it really is niche :) This appreciation in time happened to me with numerous fragrances which I originally dismissed only to come back to them later and enjoy them that much more. It takes time to get experience and smell enough fragrances to realize some of these budget friendly offerings really are worth having! I've been comming back to some of these long forgotten fragrances (for me) lately and I have to say there is so much to find for very little money.
You 100 % right and I agree with everything you said. There is another thing I want to add, these middle eastern fragrances really turn into amazing elixirs over time. I do not know how or why but they do!

I own Tobacco en Vanille from Frangrance World, it was one of the first clone fragrances I bought together with Cuir Leather, also from FW. The quality and performance of both really surprised me. Have you tried any of them? Some say Tobacco en Vanille outperforms Tobacco Touch and gets closer to the OG. To be honest I had to get used to the tobacco leaf note in the beginning because it is very strong and realistic, but now my nose has developed more I truly enjoy it. Just pulled it out of the drawer to smell it again. Btw and I just ordered Armaf Legesi because Chanel Platinum Egoiste was one of my favourite scents back in the day.

Man, my lattafa qaed is so weak and feminine. It literally smells like a weak pineapple womans body mist you can get at the dollar store. I get nothing at all what people talk about. Its alittle bit baccarat rouge 540 but it has zero base and just falls apart after an hour. I gave it to my 12 year old niece she likes it its very feminine. Zero woods zero base notes.
Man that is sooo hard to believe, that Qaed is one of the most awesome fragrances I have put my nose on this year, and I sample more than a hundred each year. I literally can't believe you had such an opposite experience. Just unbelievable!
@ACSmellsGood I'm surprised as well I heard so many good things. Maybe it has to sit for awhile or maybe because it has been out for like 8 years maybe I got like a brand new formula that isn't very good idk.
