This recording is beautiful proof that Cziffra was more than just a showman. Not that he wasn't a showman, but he definitely knew how to play a calm piece. Great upload sir!
@@GICM There are so many, but this one really shows that he is skilled both in lyrical playing as well as virtuous playing. But you see the same in many other pieces like some of the Hungarian Rhapsodies or Years of Pilgrimage
