Replacement Squawk & Talk and Sounds+ Vocalizer Sound Board #35: No Sound

No background is the most common issue of owners of Squawk & Talk and Sounds Plus / Vocalizer sound board machines. This is usually accompanied by less sounds and tones. The problem is fixed by setting coin door audit item #18 to 03.
Your machine can be set to 00 for many reasons. This will happen if you put in a new MPU board. This will happen if the battery back up RAM or NVRAM fails.
