Such valid points! We totally understand where you're coming from, but hope you enjoy the stories as much as we did! Uncovering new favorites is what we're all about! Happy reading 😍
So much fun stuff!! Love all the cryptid books and goodies. I believe Bigfoot and Sasquatch basically refer to the same type of creature, just depends on where you are.
I thought so, but didn't want to make a cryptid faux pas! I saw you had the same cryptid handbook. I'm excited to learn about some of the lesser-known cryptids
We love mail magic but proud of you for curbing the sub boxes you’re committed to 😂 I had to do that last year! I have to admit tho, I’m so tempted to join the creepy clubhouse one you are an affiliate for! Mothman is 100% the cryptid of the moment haha. I always love your Mothman crochet!!! That buff Mothman sticker 😂😂😂😂 I’m intrigued by the queen but I don’t have the best track record with nick cutter. I actually DNFed the troop when I listened to it on audio. I just couldn’t get into it but maybe the bug stuff in the queen will keep me interested lol 🪲
I liked the troop, because I love body horror. I will def. be going into the queen cautiously. Hopefully it can surprise me in a good way. I do love my mailbox magic, but time to buckle down a bit. I do truly have SO many unread books that I have guilt issues about. That mothman has been doing a lot of crunches, for sure!
Thanks for the all the unboxings. Living extraneously through you. I'm sort of middling Nick Cutter fan as well and The Queen is definitely horror and maybe the most commercial of everything of his that I have read. I did skim a lot of the body horror -- not because I was horrified but because how by-the-numbers it all felt.
Yikes, that doesn't sound too promising. I'll try to go in with an open mind. Which is kind of silly, because I enjoyed the Troop, but for some reason the ending of the Deep annoyed me so much that it left a bad taste in my mouth.
I'm so happy that you enjoyed the box! 🖤 I was certain that the Mothman ornament would be your favorite! Enjoy the coloring book, it has been a lot of fun! Stay spooky! 👻
Rest Stop was one of my favorite October reads. I hope you like it. I also really liked After the People Lights Have Gone Off. There were a couple of very creepy stories in there.
I'm excited to read all those from shortwave pub. Also happy to hear that about SGJ. I need to find some good short story collections so I can stop avoiding them!
✨📚📚📚✨
Creepy Clubhouse was definitely my fave, sooooo cute
Right? I'm obsessed with this month's box

Absolutely. One of the things I love about sub boxes is exposing me to new things and finding new favorites!
The creepy clubhouse box seems so cool! Love that mothman sticker 😂
He's pretty ripped. He's so used to us staring at the rump that he's like "eyes up here, ladies!"
CANDY CANE KILLS! I’m definitely picking up a copy and reading it in December! The whole series looks wicked! Cheers to mailbox magic! 🥳
They are cheesy horror fun!

Yes The Collective is soooo gooood so excited to hear your thoughts
hahaa, we def. know what is worse.
I've heard great things about the Collective - excited to get to that one!
I love the covers of the Shortwave Publishing books. I need to check those out.
They are fun, quick reads! I think you would like them
🖤📚
I love your unboxing videos!
Thanks! They are fun to make!

I DO love the mothman, but I was fresh off the excitement of seeing that amazing coloring book!

Savannah has some great cemeteries, but man is it rough in the summer. 🪦
It sure is. I hated the cockroaches most of all though. I walked a lot, and at night they would be all over the damn place. so gross
