Thank you for this! I wanted a desktop but the iMac pretty much has the same specs as my MacBook Air. I was going to just get a monitor and attached it to my laptop or purchase the new M2 MacBook, but I think the Mac mini is a better option. More power than my laptop and the iMac, I can use any monitor and it’s a great price!

Wow, that’s a long time. I had mine for 3yrs and 4 months now at 650 battery cycle. It’s still holding on and I can work outside safely for up to 5-6hours without the need to bring a charger lol. I was checking this in case my macbook suddenly gave up lol.
Thank you so much, we are new to Apple computers and I didn’t know how to close the screen or use this Magic Mouse. I had the scrolling wheel on my razor mouse and didn’t see it on this mouse but by habit I just ran my finger and the page moved!! Lol! Mahalo!!

Great video definitely helped in my decision making. Question I’m hoping someone can assist me with. I have a dual monitor setup - LG 27GP950-B 27” Ultragear UHD (3840 x 2160) and just got the MacMini M2 pro. Coming from windows to Mac I’ve noticed this scaling issue which is common knowledge but I didn’t know. If I just choose the recommended resolution will I notice any image quality issues while photo editing? Thanks in advance.

Macs are forever if you take care of them, I have a Macintosh SE 30, a Mac Classic 2, a Macintosh Performa 630, a 2012 I Mac, and a MacBook 2017, and my newest Mac is a Mac Mini M1 that I inherited from my wife when my wife purchased using my credit card 😂 a MacStudio. All of my Macs are usable up to a point. They last forever.

@@pathofseekingknowledge9813 mac mini. If you need to go anywhere and have a portable monitor, its easy to transport. Or if you're staying in a hotel, just take it with you and connect to their screen. Remember obviously to take a keyboard and mouse.

I wouldn't shout about the 2 ports on the mac studio you get for the ptice of it. For the price id expect at least 6 ports on the front.

Get a real microphone with xlr and use an audio interface into the usb port

Yes, but if it isn’t Wireless, you will use up two of your USB ports in the back of the Mac mini. We just bought a $30 wireless keyboard & mouse from Walmart, cuz we want to be able to plug in our GoPro & we only have 2 USB ports.

I have one from 2007 but haven’t been able to connect yet but I’m still just going through set up mode on a new Mac mini. There is no cord so it’s not recognizing the keyboard. When I get through set up I will try it again to see if it can connect or not.

I bought a new Samsung monitor for my Mac mini, but my boyfriend is using a flat screen tv. If the connections will fit, you can use just about any monitor you want. I love the Mac mini. I had an all in one, but this thing is great.
