@SuperThugnifacent yessir, 93 vibrant red gt I got in 05 when I was 17. Daily driver for 5-6 years and transmission went out after a little too much fun so it sat this whole time since.

@SuperThugnifacent haha I know what you mean. Mine looks clean from 50 feet 😆. Few rust spots on the hatch and fender not to mention a tree branch just fell on it the day before moving it to storage denting the roof and cracking part of the wing. Mice moved into it so need to replace all the carpet and seats. There is actually a video on my page of me starting it in 2017 for the first time in a while. That was the last time I started it before a few weeks ago

Nice! I have aftermarket actuators, and I retrofit power doors to to my no option 87. I'll have to check this out.
I also have the one touch window module from a new edge that I'm eventually going to try and make work. Bringing these cars into the present day!
It’s a great product but I like the old school nostalgia where I have to stick the key in to open up the door
Just got mine so hyped for it to come in looks just like the 2015 and newer key fobs so dope plus im in the process of fixing mine rn so this would be a great upgrade to the fox
Definitely A Game Changer For The Foxbody Community!!!
I just hooked one up on my 1990 vert. I just had to hook it up on the passenger side. The connector in the passenger side kick panel worked for me. But you have to switch the passenger and driver unlock wires in the connector the white and grey wires in the connector at the foxlox module. Works perfectly.
This is actually pretty cool I think. I’d like to hear an update on it in a month or two of how it’s held up and worked for you.

I’ve been wanting to do a remote start on my Mustang as well but it’s a manual transmission and I need a neutral switch/top cover from a V8 T5 transmission since mine is a 4 cylinder car without a neutral switch.
I like this idea. Curious how the key looks in the ignition. Is there a photo anywhere?

This is frickin awesome! My trunk lock is shaved which I love the look but having to put the key in the ignition and then open the glovebox and push the button is a pain in the ass. Now I have to figure out what's missing from my doors there's nothing in there! Is this your 1st set of actuators from lmr? I want to know how they hold up I've been told to buy the dorman ones.
Definitely need to get I replaced my door actuators but they froze up after 1 year didn't know I had to lubricate the inside so that could be the problem

I preordered this as soon as the video was over. Lol $149 for a 10 minute install? No brainer. This use to be a very intrusive job to pull off on a fox and some people still couldnt get it to work.
Also gotta mention, i bought new door lock actuators off eBay, Danial Carpenter Restoration branded actuators…. I took the door panels off after a year for some speaker replacements and the new rubber covers on the actuators were both falling apart, both locks are slower working too.
Hope LMR has better actuators. Even my 94’ Chevy truck that I just bought has fairly new actuators with rubber covers that are completely disintegrated.
Unfortunately, many new items are cheaply made China parts.

I’ve bought a couple of pairs of actuators from LMR and they are both weak. I may have to try and lubricate them and see if they are better.
Pretty cool. I need actuators for my 5.0. (Tired of saying Fox) going OG. Anyhow I’ve been holding off because I want to doing everything when my door panels come off. New handles, got a regulator that’s slow, need lock actuators, new window/lock switches/bezel. New arm rest, refurb door panels. Etc etc. Slowly gathering all these parts.
I know Chris at Infamous Project has had many issues with the LMR actuators and is currently using Dorman. Wonder if LMR has updated them.

Isn't there a SSP Door\Ign lock set that are keyed alike ?? That would be ideal with this kit !! Ordering this kit, sweet !! Maybe later on they'll offer a Premium kit that flashes lights & honks horn if door opens & dome light comes on. Maybe they'll also offer Remote Start later on too. * Also, the Doorman actuator from Parts store has more power than LMR ones, try it ;)

It will be a clean install with nothing to be seen
cheaper'n pulling the door off a lincoln or t bird from the same era and hoping that 5 button factory alarm setup can be hacked for keyless entry :)

I ordered this when you made the video 2/1/24 and I just received a conformation that it has shipped out today which is 4/13/24. The reason for this I was told is because there made to order. This is something I just wanted everyone to know in case they ordered one and haven't received it yet.
Does it honk the cars horn or is that the box making that sound? I wonder if it’s able to be set up to only chime when locking the doors?
I like that it has an app but, my keyless entry cost like $30 on eBay and it's already like 6 years old and works great. I don't remember the name brand but it's some made in Taiwan deal.

If your power door locks work from the switches on the door panel and your door lock harness is not hacked up, it will work
Is this kit , or more specifically that plug model year specific? I’d love to add this to my 83 TurboCoupe if it plugs in the same.
We are working on testing pre 87 mustangs and other fox platform models soon

Honestly I’m not sure..🤔 as far as power drain goes I’ve not had any drainage problems in the past week with it.

Are manual lock cars wired up for the actuators? Could I just add actuators and this kit and convert mine to power locks?
No, you need to source out the driver door, passenger door, and dashboard harness. Also, you would have to source the manual window/power lock switch and bezel.

No. That would involve more wiring than a plug and play could offer. It does have an optional flashing blue led you can mount that flashes when locked
