Even though at some point in our lives all good things must come to an end. The Super Gaming Bros...as of today as Johnny Posted. 2020 will be their final year. With everything in their lives changing it's getting harder for them to get together and honestly I can't really blame them . That's life for you it has its ups and downs but 10 years damn. 10 years...I've been on TH-cam for 10 years myself. Not on the scale of the SGB crew. Funny enough Pelikan13 is the same dude that created Sonic Fan Remix with Damizean and had also a similar drama around SFR because people kept being quite nitpicky and the thing went back and foward quite a lot ending in silence and dropping the whole thing altogether. Now im not saying that he does this a lot since he did released some games after those incidents but its quite sad to know that he passed for the same kind of stuff that did when he made SFR but in a more proffesional matter, that makes it a whole lot more sad indeed.
The 90's Arcade Racer/90's Super GP should be added to the growing list of cautionary tales why indie developers should avoid doing business with Nicalis at all costs...

Also personally I'd look at Fight N'Rage as something far more bang-for-your-buck worthy. There's a ton of characters to unlock, a few branching storylines that actually take place during regular gameplay (there's one situation that seems like a binary decision but has a sudden third option by accident, it shocked me) and a real incentive to not go continue crazy despite the technically infinite continues when your score gets converted into coins you can use to unlock more features. Even if it's 20 bucks right now it often gets discounted on Steam.

Looking from the art style of this game, the racing game, and the Sonic fan game, it really shows that it is indeed his artstyle hahahah.

I already knew that The takeOver's an obvious homage to Streets of Rage (it still looks great), but then again, Indie games are spiritually linked to the main games they represent one way or another.
