How to make a Star Wars themed scratch built spaceship

Hi, my name is Aaron and I like to scratch build stuff on a weekly basis. Anything from spaceship's to rusty robots.

This week, I built my very own spaceship that I think would fit nicely into the Star Wars universe.
This is the Cloudburst, built from an old shampoo bottle with bits of junk and greeblies.

Effectively, one of the reasons I like more SW than ST, is for the "used" look of most of their starships, as probabilly would be in real life, on ST the hardware is always too shiny & polished.

Maybe the music could be turned down so the vocal audio isn't drowned out so much.

I've been having issues with my microphone and it's difficult to get the balance correct. All will be rectified shortly when new microphone arrives. But thanks for watching. Hope you like the build

WOW! Clothes pegs have come a long way. Those things must be from "THE FUTURE".
This build reminds me of the early "X-Wing" concepts with a few elements of a contemporary earth satellite thrown in. Thumbs Up Sir.

Very cool scratch build ship sir!! Has strong X-wing vibes without being a copy. I really, really like it. I have to say this is the first "shampoo bottle spaceship" that no longer looked like a shampoo bottle. Awesome job!

Sweet build home boy! How do you think the hot glue 1st then super glue worked out?

Well since built, I've dropped it once and it's fallen off the shelf and it's still in one piece so I'd say, yes overkill on all the glue but it's solid like a rock🤣
