Love waking up getting my day going. Long into TH-cam. Then see one of the best TH-cam channels one of my favorite's has uploaded a video. Thanks brother. Its really a blessing. God Bless.
Look closely for the pilot dancing his wheels on the river at the 7:14 mark. These gents have a lot of experience, so they make this tricky and demanding flying look easy.
Really nice video. Your editing, sound tracks and camera angles are superb. If this isn't a kick in the shorts to get my 21 flying, nothing is. See you soon.
Crawl, Walk, Run is a good strategy. When I was learning to paddle whitewater I would practice hard moves in places where if I screwed up the consequences were minimal. By the time I got to trying Class V I was reading and running it without much scouting unless it was blind.
Cool video. I met you last year at Dead Cow. I had the yellow 170B. I’m still flying all those fires in the TFRs for work but it’s mellowing out if you want to go do some more fun flying. The 170 is in Prineville and if I recall correctly you’re in Bend right?
G'day. I'm building a Kitfox Super Sport. Probably some long distance flying. I've opted for the roll and pitch Auto pilot. Do you think it's necessary I get the yaw ??? 3 or 2 axis? Thanks Lyndon
G'day. Congrats on the build. I don't have yaw on any of the aircraft I fly so I guess I don't know other than I'm fine without it! Save the weight... Cheers
@@CLEAREDDIRECT that’s where I’m from dude. Moved back home for the first time since 99’. You should cruise down from Bend one day and hit the hot springs.

@@yankey4 oh man, what a great comment. Thank you!!!
Great soundtrack, and of course the flying content.
Awesome video Steve.. I’ve always said that the aviation community is a small world but the fun is endless!!
Thanks, Glenn. True statement!
Beautiful video...really like your approach of taking it slow with an emphasis on safety.
That's what it's all about right there! Great video Steve!
Nothing better then flying with a group of guys in the backcountry
A truer statement has never been uttered…
@@CLEAREDDIRECT I may be flying up to Sunriver on my Border to border flight next week. Would love to come check out the Bogey.

Nice! Sounds fun and refreshing!
@@CLEAREDDIRECT It was lots of fun, now I'm practicing my spot landings every time I land. :)
I am based in Lewiston, Fly in to Dug bar all the time. Would have loved to meet you all t here .
Right on! I’m sure we’ll see ya out there soon.
@@CLEAREDDIRECT Looking forward to that.
Love your videos. Wondering the thought process on choosing a shoulder harness instead of a 4 or 5 point harness?
Dam my eyes. I an't pass an FAA physical or I would love to be flying like this.

What are your thoughts on the Rams S21 with using the Lyc 0-360 A1A vs the Titan 340?
I don’t have any experience with that engine. I like my Titan but it runs hot so I’d be cautious of putting an even bigger engine in
Nosedraggers FTW!!
It’s only cuz Aaron’s Highlander was down for maintenance 😂 But he hauled everything but the kitchen sink!

I was guiding in the snake that day and y’all flew over on approach to big bar. I have a video.
Oh nice! Yeah lots of rafts and jet boats that day. That’d be cool to see the ground perspective. Did you post it anywhere?
@@CLEAREDDIRECT no i didn’t
What up Freq?! Hit me up next time you are around Susanville dude. I’ll bring the kids out to dead cow
