For temperature controller you can use temperature PID..
We can use PID For Advanced Control Systems , For the Classic and simple ones we can use this Solution , with just a Digital Output and two thresholds

You did not use NORM function. Why?
Norm_X and Scale_X are used only with the S7-1200 CPUs , the S7-1500 use the "Scale" Function
