Origami Jumping Spider Tutorial

- [Somewhat Complex] How to fold the Arachnojumpitus Origamicus AKA Origami Jumping Spider! For a well-jumping spider I recommend using 6-inch kami but I did also manage to fold it from printer paper though it doesn't jump quite as well and it is a bit more difficult to make the pleated tail jumping mechanism because of the extra thickness. I designed this model because you guys liked the jumping cricket tutorial so much, but I've also gotten a few requests to fold a jumping spider (by Mitali Parira, ch subbarao, and Sean de los Santos) and a lot of requests over the years to design a spider. I seem to be making a lot of jumping models lately! What other jumping creatures/things would be cool to design? Let me know in the comments below!

Well shoot -- 45 minutes later and I'm at 20:42, and 'just narrow the legs' tripped me up. Not to mention the 'spreading out of the legs/hand' part confused me. I get that this is a small model and it is hard to see clearly what is going on. I'm experienced with origami and this was hard. Thank you Jeremy for awesomeness.

Make the milky way galaxy(xd it will be hard) you can make it as flasher or a model.
Make Andromeda Galaxy(again as a flasher or a model)
And triangular galaxy, also Milkdromeda(the galaxy which will be formed after milky way and andromeda will collide, it is a large elliptical galaxy which has a bright and yellow black hole)
So it's basically making a flasher where you can form protrusions on the spiral arms to represent stars in the galaxy? Cool idea! Meanwhile, it would be cool to fold any flasher from starry galaxy paper!
