I bought mine last week, exactly the same. Sensational car, really impressive. EV is definitely the future, drive experience is way better.

I can say the same after more than 5 months and 15,000 km.

I've had mine since Nov and covered 6k. Only grip is the glare from the air vents. I've had the cupra born, mg4 and niro EV and will always prefer the dolphin. Oh get the ling longs changed! Makes a huge difference for grip and 0-60

I am quite ok with the Linglong tires. What brand/type do you use know?

I really enjoyed your review and thought that taking your dolphin friend along for a ride was inspirational. I am considering getting a Dolphin next year and if I do, I will have put a dolphin friend in it to keep me company on long journeys.

Had mine since December in the UK, first EV - great run around car, commuting to train-station,. Full charge last about two weeks if you stay off motorways. Charges fast on 50Kw chargers, about 40 mins. Great car and the APP works for those icy mornings. Tech is fantastic!

Genuine question, How do you change a wheel on them in event of flat tyre? Hearing some horror stories from EV owners of waiting hours due to car weight making it impossible to change wheel yourself.

The BYD Dolphin has an NCAP rating of 5 and the LFP Blade batteries used are possibly the safest car batteries at the moment.

@@catherinegrimes2308 LMFAO reading haters commenting about BYD batteries. BYD supply the blade batteries to Tesla for their Model Y. They also supply component and assemble iPads for Apple.
