i loved this show-it was a perfect response to the overstated "why didn't they just leave?" People forget just how complex trauma is, more often than not traumatised people engage in these self sabotaging behaviours because of familiarity. Exactly why talking about it is so important to advise people struggling to get the support they need and that they shouldn't feel ashamed for finding the process difficult. Sad to see the show's message get lost and see people still partaking in victim-blaming. Glad I got this on my recommended, rare sight to see media literacy skills these days😭
