you didn't mention a lawsuit happening right now with fubo and the joint venture companies. this may be a large catalyst for fubo and could propel fubo to profitability much sooner if fubo wins. The DOJ and Congress are also investigating the JV and are focused on the anti-competitive behavior from Disney/FOX/WBD. If the Joint Venture fails to launch due to governmental intervention, or establishes that these companies offer fair market pricing for their content, then that's also a catalyst for fubo. These are fundamentally impacting news so not including this in your video is a huge miss.

Disney has other sources of revenue, but their streaming/live streaming area is in a predicament. the JV seemed like a quick knee jerk answer to companies like fubo. what's the price of the JV service...? when exactly is the JV service going to be released? they still haven't passed congressional regulation and fall sports is right around the corner.
