What I think you left out is that they did not buy these companies for their revenue. They bought them for intellectual property, processes, talent, possibly patents and as someone pointed out below, inventory. All the above will add to their own product offerings, capabilities and cost reduction. I also assume or expect that they will combine cost centers to greatly bring down expenses that you pointed out. Anyway, that's my hope. I was trading them back in the $16/share days when they diluted it multiple times to raise cash. I just picked up 100 shares again to see what happens.

Can you cover their plans to cut spending, how they bought back shares under market cap value and the most important aspect, their tech and patents. Those hold more value than cash on hand typically.

I expect losses to be closer to 200m, and expecting that going down insanely, as DM has quite the inventory, that they will focus on key products now, and 3D printing is like a razor blade model. They lose on printer making and selling and earning on margins from consumables, like materials/inks in polymer and binders in metal, sand and ceramics

Hasn't this company had a track record of having more cash than market cap? My understanding is that it has pure wasteful management that refuse share buyback and dilute shareholders, with a "waiting for acquisition opportunities". If I was you I'd pick better companies to "predict" unless you know the management team personally.
